My textbook came quickly (when expected) and was in great condition! I also love that I had access to the e-textbook for a week before it came!

Having used other sources to receive my online textbooks, I find the program used to read these books more of an inconvenience.
I did not utilize the option to search based on course number which would have been easier to locate the books I needed for that class than waiting for the syllabus and isbn numbers

I found the book I was looking for at a cheaper price than other sites and was able to have it expedited to me. There was some highlighting but that doesn't bother me.

We ordered a book. I was charged and was sent a confirmation number (*******). Then a few days later I got an email asking if I was still interested in the book I ordered. Then it was canceled. Now I'm paying again plus super rush shipping and have been charged again. I haven't received a credit for the first book.

Easy to navigate. I appreciated the excellent inventory since other sites did. It have the book I needed, and fast! Very expensive for rush shipping, but pleased to see my book arrive quickly.
