I ordered an expensive special edition of a book, and they did not mention that it was a library copy (and marked with stickers as such). I would not have paid as much as I did knowing it wasn't a "clean" copy. Similar library copies were priced half as much with other sellers. Check elsewhere to make sure you don't get surprised.

This is the first time I've used BOOKSRUN. They were FABULOUS! I will definitely use them again! They kept me updated regarding the delivery. The book was in excellent condition. Their website was easy to navigate.

At first some classmates were saying how bad this site was, where they ordered and never got anything. Do I was skeptical about trying it. But from the 3 times that I have used this source for books I have had nmnothing but great experience. I will use use it over and over again.

Lost/loaned/gave away my copy and had a craving to read it again. These guys had it at my door in just a few days. Great condition (some of these older paperbacks become unglued and brittle with time). I am sated for now, but the tyranny of dependence and need will bring me back here. My new dealer.

The book I purchased was shipped and delivered quickly and is in like new condition, as described. I am very pleased with my purchase and will look forward to purchasing from BooksRun in the future.

I have had only one book out all others that the pages were falling out right and left. I was in fair condition so I'm satisfied overall but maybe on the books in fair condition should be discounted more.
Otherwise it's a genius thing you have going on and I will definitely be purchasing more books!

I ordered a copy of an out-of-print book by one of my favorite authors, Chet Raymo, through Advanced Book Exchange (ABE). Booksrun had a copy. I ordered it and the book arrived very quickly, packaged extremely well. It is in fine condition, as advertised, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Booksrun (and ABE)!

Books have always been in great condition and are promptly shipped, which is most of what they can control. Transit time is acceptable and not up to them.

This company will sell you a substandard book, at current market value for that book. But, when it's time to " buy back " the books. They will only give you " Pennies on the dollar, " for that same book that you had to buy at " Market value! " I had to pay $37.00 for a chemistry book, then at the end of the semester, they only gave me $1.00 for that same book. " RIP-OFF! "

The book was listed as being in good condition; it was actually in EXCELLENT! Condition. Between the vendor and AbeBooks, I did have some difficulty with payment, which I never quite figured out, but I managed to get them paid

Box set arrived quickly and in excellent condition, would order from BooksRun again! Better prices than Amazon and Free Shipping puts them first on the list when I want to order another book.

My book comes faster than from Amazon and it's always right on time before my classes start or one week into semester

I am trying to get back some hard covers of my beautifully designed book, night thoughts: 70 dream poems & notes from an analysis, and I find the two I ordered from BooksRun are marred--damaged--by unremovable stickers with the name of the company.

The book I ordered came perfectly wrapped, arrived when promised, and the book itself was in even better condition than suggested by how it was listed. All in all an excellent transaction. Thanks!

I rented a book, received the book and now it's not showing up in my account to return it. I have contacted customer service multiple times and not received help. There is no record in my account of the book, but my luck it's showing up on their end and I'm going to get charged for the book, penalty, etc.
