I have no idea what they did recently but they truly upped their game. Last time I placed my order with them was a little after COVID in 2021 and my experience wasn't so good but I decided to give them another chance. Their prices just like last time they keep it at a solid state and is very competitive, but most of all and that's the biggest upgrade is the shipping! They are extremely efficient and I'm glad they ditched the postal service and moved to FedEx, my order came fast and was handled perfectly. Now I am confident in my future orders with them for sure!

They offer great deals and prices on their phones. Honestly my experience has been great with them even tho I had low expectations they have surpassed that by a lot. Would totally continue to support their business.

These guys are the ideal merchants for cellphones to me. Their representatives always greet me with a smile when i call for questions and they ship fairly quick compared to others.

THEY SELL FAKE VERSIONS OF PHONES THAT BREAK WITHIN DAYS, DONT EVEN TRY! THE RUDEST PPL! AFTER GOING BACK FOR A REFUND AND SHOWING HIM SO MANY CLEAR SIGNS OF UNAUTHENTICITY HE SCREAMS AND SHOOTS YOU OUT OF HIS OFFICE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISGUSTING LIARS!

Terrible. Ordered a phone from them and they sent me the wrong one (wrong color but MOST importantly, it was not an UNLOCKED PHONE which is what I ordered). I sent the (wrong) phone back and was informed, more than once, that they DID, INDEED, have the phone that I ordered in stock but they told me they sent it but it appears (according to the USPS website) that it is sitting in a warehouse in Brooklyn, N.Y. And this is a full 5 DAYS after they told me that they sent it. Furthermore, upon telling the company that I wanted to cancel my order (seeing how the product does not appear to be making any progress to get to me) the merchant told me to "refuse delivery and when we get the phone back we'll refund you." Well, if the phone is sitting in a warehouse in Brooklyn then how am I ever supposed to be able to "refuse delivery" on it? I don't trust them to refund me so I felt compelled to do something that I have NEVER done before - I called the credit card company to dispute the charge. I see absolutely NO REASON why I should have to pay for an item that I never received (and probably never will). No, this company has been a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER do business with them, again, and I would advise YOU not to, either.

If your order a new phone, you most likely will get a used one in a generic box. They may put a new housing on it so it looks new. They spend most of their time writing fake reviews, you can tell all the
"5 star" reviews are written by the same 2 people. Be warned and read the better business bureau complaints. About used and stolen phones. Cell2Get seems to be a one-man operation run by a Melvin Furman, he also goes by Steve and other names. I am surprised that he is still in business.

They are the best source for cellphones I could imagine! Good deals and service, no hidden fees or extras. Overall I'm a happy customer that would continue to make purchases through them.

This is a legitimate Company who sells overstocked and unsold new and refurbished phones. I ordered a new Samsung A71. The phone was beautiful and worked as it should. Be aware, it is worth paying for expedited shipping if you need your phone quickly. They have good and professional customer service. Thank you Cell2get!
