Amazing experience! My boyfriend called in with troubles after his phone was stolen in the mail during shipping. Melvin and Steve spent hours to make sure that he knew all of his options, and he they could make things right for him. Just went in their website and purchased a new phone while the stolen one was refunded (after two weeks of reporting from me and cell2get end, we managed to collect that sweet insurance money for the stolen phone and the post office guy got fired for it.) and both representatives were very accommodating and went way beyond any customer service we ever had!

Cant believe I'm here to say that I had a pleasure of doing business with cell2get! I have had trouble getting the phone I wanted and these guys made it possible for me. Thank you.

I was strait up surprised when I first stumbled upon CelltoGet.com website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that also offered cheap prices and free shipping (and international shipping) but I decided I wanted to try out something new. It was a worthy decision. Turns out, not only is the customer service top, but shipping time was really fast as well! I am totally happy about shopping on celltoget and I will probably do so again in the future.

This company is really active about their work and well response about their customer. Cell2get provide me a quick and easy service--great selection and some of the best prices out there. I'm very pleased with their checkout process, their easy to navigate website, Great company, super service. I bought a samsung galaxy s5 Very helpful on the phone and by email, i would recommend them to anyone who asks my opinion. Not only are their prices the best around, they are available to answer any questions you might have about the product and their policies. I find it hard to understand how people managed to get their wrong side. I have done business with them for years never once had an issue! My recent purchase was a month ago, went on their website, logged into my account and found myself a new phone I was interested in for my work. Paid an extra 10$ for the shipping and it arrived within 4 days after my order was placed.
Phone came new, in opened and even tho that phone came out back in 2017 and the box isn't original anymore as expected. I am still very satisfied with I what I paid for! Thank you cell2get.

Just happened to come by their website and dont regret it! I was looking for a mobile hotspot to use on verizon network, and somehow google lead me to this store, after doing a bit of research about them through the internet, i noticed that they are legit and their prices are fair to most places. After placing my order and receiving the item i am glad i made business with them and would surely make another purchase down the line.

Quick, friendly, fantastic service. I have gotten a pixel 6 from cell2get recently, and I'd been struggling with messages and calls failing to send/go through for a month - I'd worked with Google customer support, and T- Mobile call center support, and countless hours of my own troubleshooting to try to resolve. I called cell2get - no wait - explained the issue, expecting to maybe get a warranty replacement phone, and was finished with the call in less than 15 min with a new sim card and fully functioning texts/calls. I basically skipped with joy.

Very fast delivery well beyond expectations. I ordered at noon, they specified up to 7 working days delivery time, the cell phone arrive after 2 day. Once the package arrived I contacted customer service about help setting my phone. They also responded quickly (about 5 minutes waiting) and gave me excellent service.

Most awesome experiences every time I work with the Cell2get team at this website via their email support! They are professional, very knowledgeable and truly listen to the customer's needs to ensure their satisfaction. Marvin and Wilson really knocked it out of the ballpark on this particular situation, resolving some lingering concerns from issues I encountered at a different service center on my last upgrade. They sent the wrong item. The device doesn't even turn on. It came in a fake box that wasn't the sidekick box. I paid for overnight shipping and waited 7 days. They shipped it to the wrong address. I ordered a sidekick LX 2009 BRAND NEW. I received a sidekick LX 2006-07 not brand new. In a fake broken box. Not working then I was told by customer service that the item I purchased wasn't in stock. Yet instead of telling me that. They took my money and sent me a broken device anyway. Yeah also I have to pay for shipping if I want to return the item for refund. 140+45 for overnight shipping. Now I gotta pay more.

The staff are very enthusiastic and patient when i called in for questions. Other stores recommended me to purchase the phone i wanted from cell2get because most stores out there dont carrie phones that were released a year ago, only they helped me complete my satisfaction, let me keep the previous number with my usual simple card after I received the phone from them.
