Apparently these guys are busy writing their own reviews and not answering the phone or emails. Stay Away! Or don't, and be as pissed-off as I am.
Ordered 3 phones over a week ago, overnight shipping requested (and paid for). 10 days later, no phones. Promises from "Melvin" that they were shipped. He didn't have access to the shipping number (shipping "department" just closed - conveniently). I've called dozens of times since, always get their answering machine. Left messages, never get a call back. I can't wait to see how much fun getting my money back is going to be. I'll post that experience as well. You HAVE been warned. If you decide to buy from them, don't say you didn't know...

Didn't know this site. Found it through search and gave it a try. Got a new, unlocked GSM cellphone. Free and super fast shipping! Their price is reasonable for the high quality of my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I recommend you order something from them.

It's hard to find honesty sometimes but with Cell2get that's not the case. Cars and cell phones always have these crazy deals because you never stop paying for them. Many retailers, especially first party retailers, might try to nickel and dime you into paying much more money for the phone or product you wanted.\

In my case specifically, I needed a new phone because my previous one had cracked and broke. I did not want to get ripped off by first party guys and didn't want an old brick arriving to my house from some other online sites. I found Cell2get and gave them a try. They really should be called Cell 2 Goodness because they are honest to goodness the real deal. The guys there answer all of your questions, have very fair prices, their phones are in excellent condition, and I am never worried about faulty or irresponsible merchandise.

These guys made me feel at home. I hope that you could find them as I have as well. 10/10

I genuinely recommend cell2get as a phone merchant. They stand by their word and are true to their advertising. Excellent customer service also manages to back up in any case there is an issue with the order, and overall just a great experience buying from them.

This phone store is awesome. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He answered all our needed questions in a respectful manner and we went ahead after the call to place our order for a new s20 ultra on their website. The manager was great as well, when we received the wrong color by mistake he was quick enough to send us a return label and ship out an exchange right away. Within a day I had the correct phone I ordered. I can only say good things about cell2get! I highly recommend them.

I love to buy at cell2get, because the attention, products quality and post sale service is always nice. I would love if they had more availability in terms of shipping for Chile, or discounts in lights, especially leds.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Nexus that was completely unlocked on this website and was not disappointed. This site pretty much has every single quality smartphone on the market, with a wide array of plans they set you up with from all the major carriers. My only complaint has been that they sent me the incorrect model (it was actually a more expensive phone), but a quick call to the very helpful customer service line cleared this issue up very fast and they sent me what I ordered with free express delivery. I would recommend giving this site a browse, the prices and selection are better than anything you'll find at a brick and mortar store.

I am happy with my unlocked Motorola Droid cell phone ordered from cell2get, except for the limitation that T-Mobile puts on it as an unlocked phone for downloading games from the T-Mobile site while it can download other items. I would definitely deal with cell2get again. I was cautious at first, given the relatively low price of items. Minor problem with charges (problem with site) were resolved immediately. Communication was exceptional (very prompt, despite my numerous emails from me, even after receiving the item). I'm thinking that there has been a change in management because my experience was 100% satisfactory.

I got a GREAT deal on htc touch hd $150 off the retail price. I had one issue with ordering, however. I really needed to get the cell phone overnight so as I was ordering I wanted to select overnight shipping. The ordering process is a bit misleading. There is no 'review' screen before final purchase. Once you click after you put in your credit card info, it's a done deal. I have never experienced this before from an online dealer. Amazing experience! My boyfriend called in with troubles after his phone was stolen in the mail during shipping. Melvin and Steve spent hours to make sure that he knew all of his options, and he they could make things right for him. Just went in their website and purchased a new phone while the stolen one was refunded (after two weeks of reporting from me and cell2get end, we managed to collect that sweet insurance money for the stolen phone and the post office guy got fired for it.) and both representatives were very accommodating and went way beyond any customer service we ever had!

I was strait up surprised when I first stumbled upon CelltoGet.com website. Before that, I had used a couple of alternative websites that also offered cheap prices and free shipping (and international shipping) but I decided I wanted to try out something new. It was a worthy decision. Turns out, not only is the customer service top, but shipping time was really fast as well! I am totally happy about shopping on celltoget and I will probably do so again in the future.
