Easy return with friendly staff

I ordered a knife that I ended up not liking. After poking around on the site for a bit I found the area to request a return. I didn't get the automated message with a shipping label that I thought I would get, but when I emailed support, they sent it over right away. Everyone who has communicated with me has been really friendly and professional, making sure I was happy with the order even if I didn't like the knife.

Stolen knife replacement

Painless Return

I ordered a product from the site and realized it wasn't quite what I had in mind. I asked customer support to return it and after a few e-mails back and forth exchanging information they gave me a return label. They confirmed they processed the return and I'm currently waiting for my refund to go through. I'm more likely to make purchases from the site in the future now that I know returns are fairly hassle free.

Return was easy and painless.

I ordered a knife thinking I would like it. But when I received it and started handling it, turns out I didn't like it. I contacted BladeHQ and told them if the situation. They promptly sent me a return label. I mailed it back and within a week they contacted me and said the refund has been issued. This is why I will continue to buy from BladeHQ

Excellent Service

The knife I ordered was stolen during my countries Customs' inspection. The third party carrier will use insurance to refund me for the lost item. It is not Blade HQ's fault or responsibility. I have received another knife after this order with no problems at all. Thank you for having very attentive and knowledgeable service representatives.

My package was delivered to a different address (by the carrier, not BladeHQ) and a tornado came through. The package was lost but the customer service rep Jen, immediately took care of it for me. She was so kind and worried about our safety which was so appreciated! This has been my third purchase and these type of interactions matter. I'll of course be making another order soon. Great customer service!

I think I screwed up and didn't put my email address in for the purchase of my blade, so I did not have any tracking info (face palm) and when I called, I spoke with the lovely Jen N. She got me squared away with the up most patience as I am technologically illiterate, lol and she made the entire call as pain free as possible. She's a terrific employee and I enjoyed speaking with her. My knife should be here by this afternoon, and I am excited to get my hands on it.

Internet Order Discrepancy

Horrible follow up!

I ordered two knifes that were back ordered until March. Well March came and went and I heard nothing. I would every two weeks inquire. Finnally after the month was over, I had to prod Blade HQ again to find out when this would ship. Now they say sometime in June. I will believe it when I see it!
Blade HQ should have been proactive about bugging the manufacturer to give accurate and realistic delivery times. MRS Dallas tried to help, but is largely helpless.

I was wanting the tracking number for an order I made. I sent an email requesting this very early on a Saturday morning. Within a couple hours I had a reply with the information I had asked for. The website says they don't even typically answer emails on the weekends, so I was very surprised to get such a quick response on Saturday. Thank you Blade HQ, you all are doing a great job!
