I have bought several dozen knives thru Blade HQ and always it has been a great experience. You contact them they respond right back. They have a point system now that they pay you back for what you buy how can you beat that? Most knives are in stock but not all but the best thing you can look up any knife and see where it's from, important to me.

I have had great customer support, they quickly responded to help me, That means a lot. I explained what happened and exchange of the item I purchased was quickly resolved. I'm old school so when I purchase something online where it's difficult to actually see what your buying until it arrives and it makes a world of difference when you have a company that has integrity about their customers.
