This is the first time I've used Yoins and I received my products later than the booked time. My products were also larger than I expected. Initially I was frustrated but after making my complaint I was meat with polite, efficient and effective service. My delivery charge was partially refunded due to the late arrival and the products were sent again in a smaller size free of charge. Can not complain about the returns service!

I ordered a dress which was smaller in size so I asked fr a return of the item... The website has very easy and comfortable return policy... they gave me a new item of smaller size for free...

Messaged customer service when there was an issue with the order. I received a prompt reply and the problem was rectified quickly and with no issue. This company displays the customer service that every company needs.

I ordered two items off YOINS and they came with in a few week. Both playsuit and dress were great quality and fit perfectly as well as being identical to the photos on the site. I was so happy with the price and overall experience!

I ordered the wrong size playsuit and sent them an email. They got back to me very quickly and said they would send another size for me! Great customer service :)

I accidently ordered the wrong size initially for 3 pieces of clothing, I emailed them on the day and got a response within the next 24 hours where they politely changed it over to the correct clothing size. Very happy with the customer service.

I ordered a size 14 playsuit and it just about fits my size 6 teenage sister. Not happy at all

I accidentally order a size smaller than the one I need. I messaged customer service right away and they were able to resolve my problem with no hesitation. They were very polite and efficient. I hope the quality of my purchase is as nice as their customer service. If it is I will defiantly order from the site again. Thanks for the help!

I liked everything I got, just make sure you order a size up, they use Asian sizes, so it may be too small. Like it otherwise though.

I paid for express delivery and I am still waiting for it over three weeks later I have asked to be refunded for the extra I paid for delivery but no one gives me a straight answer and keeps fobbing me off. Would never use this company again. Very unsatisfied

Where can i order the purse I got an email asking how appeared as it was but I got the purse quickly because they're running low on stock I told them that it was very important and they sent it out immediately one part of the person to a little unglued but I was able to fix it I get compliments on it everywhere I go

Yoins has the most trendy clothes of the season at very reasonable. If you are on a budget but still want to be in style Yoins is a good online store to try. The quality of the item may not be superb, but for the actual price, and the actual style, it seems to balance out.

The first time I shopped with Yoins I purchased a lightweight black longline coat: I have never been happier with an item purchased online! The quality was great, the item looked exactly like on the website page, the shipping time was good (It arrived 5 days after I ordered it)... all this for the smallest price I've ever paid for a coat!
