It has been 10 days and my order still has not shipped. Customer service is totally unreachable. Never replies to emails. Save yourself the trouble. Order from anywhere else.
I ordered a bag, didnt like the product and wanted to send it back.
Called them and they told me they would send me a email with instructions how to send it back.
That email never came. I mailed them three times more, no answer.
Very very bad. I regret ordering here!

I ordered two Wassily chairs from Wordans in Europe - they are leather and chrome - and they arrived today. They are absolutely fabulous, great quality at fantastic prices. I had some hassle in relation to the shipment and delays but Nelson Correia, District Manager, was at all times available and helpful. I would recommend that Wordans pull back on their shipment "2-3 days" promise to something that's a little more realistic and thereby assist customers in their expectations. But all in all, a good experience.

Avoid Wordans. They delayed my shipment 5 days past their claimed shipping times, and when I reached out to see if they would remedy the situation in any way they responded with an incredibly generic response:
"Hi Gavin,
Thank you for your email and we apologize for the inconvenience.
According to your tracking number, your order will be delivered on July 29th."

After reading all the reviews on this company I was hesitant to trust them with my order. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a go. I received my order in four days. The count and size were correct. The quality of the T-shirts was exceptional from the stitching to the way they fit. So in my limited experience with this company, I say that some of the bad reviews may be questionable. Hanvic
Two words for ya: RUN AWAY! Wordans.ca is the Hotel California of ecommerce sites. You can check out any time you like...
It started with the opening of the box. A massive jumble of folded and semi folded tshirts and an invoice that did not match the emailed receipt. So I picked through the box, tried shirts on and ended up with a pile to return. And the fun starts. Remember the invoice not matching the email receipt? They ask me what I want to return. After 5-6 emails over TWO WEEKS I figure out what I want to return by visually matching up the shirts to the frigging website and send them the list. One week later they email and ask, "So how much do we owe you?". Right then and there I should have given them the ole Dr. Evil One MILLION dollars! But I was gobsmacked and responded with something along the lines of "are you $#*!ting me?". I send them a number... another week goes by after which they say my number looks good. Wait for your refund... ANOTHER 2 WEEKS! And when the refund comes they have not refunded the taxes on the returned item. So I spell out F-R-A-U-D to them and after consulting their accountants take another 2 weeks to send me the freakin' $14 + change.

It's over a week past the suggested delivery date and still no package. Now it's a day before an event and I have no t shirts. Customer service didn't respond by email and when I finally got them on the phone they said my package was in France (even though I bought it from the uk store).

I ordered two Jensen style 3/4 length shirts. These are of the lowest possible quality. Since their return policy is for all practical purposes non existent is is not worth the effort.
The product were limp cheap material I am now using for rags- but not very good rags either. My order number was ******* so you know this is a legit. Review.
Be sure and check out the return policy- unfortunately I did not do this until after the fact.
Also they follow up asking you for a positive review on their site. If you give them a positive review they will send you a 10.00 coupon discount. "after they review that it is positive"
They are also impossible to contact by phone or email- you are just ignored.

The only reason I ordered from this company was because I was told I would have my order within 3 business days. I placed my order on the 19th and have yet to receive my items. I checked the status of my order yesterday morning and it showed pending. I emailed the company at 7am yesterday asking them to cancel, checked my order status again at 2:00, which then showed that part of my order was shipped (how convenient) however, when you clicl on the tracking link, nothing comes up. I tried calling the company and you have no option to speak with a live person. I sent another email to a different address and still have yet to hear from anyone. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I am all about customer service and obviously they are not.
My experience mirrors what everyone else is saying. I placed an order because the website advertises that they ship all orders from the warehouse within 24 hours. I had 8 days to receive these and figured with standard shipping I'd get if they got it out of the warehouse in the 24 hour time frame. Tried to contact customer service after 48 hours and received an automated machine with the phone number. Sent an e-mail and they told me it was actually 3 days that they ship out of the warehouse, they shipped mine on day 6. By this time I had to order from somewhere else as the date they were coming to me was past the day I needed them. I advised via e-mail prior to them shipping that I wanted to cancel due to this, but they still shipped. Rejected delivery. I've been asking for a refund and an invoice showing where I was refunded for 2 weeks now. I am all for a company not having a phone number to call, but they need to be better about returning e-mails within 24 hours if this is the case. The website has false claims, horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone, even if the price looks great. Will be reporting them to the BBB.
I placed an order worth over 400 for sets of t-shirts of various sizes. According to the website I was assured that the order would arrive in 48 hours. 15 days later the order has not arrived and I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Wordans. I tried the customer service phone number but it was clearly impossible to get through to a customer service representative. I am extremely unimpressed by the service Wordans has provided and have opened a case against them on Paypal to try and get my money back.
I placed an $250 order and was charged full price for several items that were were not available. I have not received a credit in 2 weeks after asking twice. Also my shipments of 3 boxes were all sent to the wrong address for an unknown reason. Its been 20 days and still have not received my items. Customer service by email has been no help and this was their last quote to me " I cannot offer you a refund as it is part of company procedures". What? This is unacceptable! The customer service phone number offered does not make it capable to talk to a live person, I offered my phone number and asked for a call to resolve the issue. I never got a call, just incompetent emails. This was my first and will be the last time I ever order from your company. I was ordering t-shirts for my business and was looking for a reputable company to create a relationship to fulfill my demands in the future and you Failed.

Do not even think about ever using this company. Their customer service (or lack thereof) is absolutely ridiculous. I went off their shipping estimates and even allowed for a few days wiggle room. The shirts did not come by the day it was supposed to so I tried to contact them to cancel my order since it said it will still in processing. I got no response and my order still came. I have been trying to return my order since I got it about three weeks ago. They told me almost two weeks ago that they were sending me a pre-paid return shipping label and I still have not gotten it. I tried to call today to the number listed on their website and it's just a machine. There is no real option to talk to a human being. This company is an absolute joke and I will be telling everyone to NEVER, EVER USE WORDANS!
I currently have two orders sitting unshipped for items that are labeled "24 Hour Shipping". One was placed 2 weeks ago on 2/9/17 and the other on 2/15/17. To say their "Customer Service" is poor would be a compliment, they have no customer service. I have emailed their "customer service" email (which by the way is their only means of contact available even for customers with open orders) and I waited an entire week for a response which was generic and little help, especially given the urgent nature of my customer service inquiry. After responding with their requested information I have still not heard back from them.
I am extremely understanding when issues are out of a companies direct control and they communicate with you, but when there is no effort made even after a problem has been brought to their attention it is SERIOUSLY CONCERNING. If I had not in the past received orders from them promptly and in good order, I would be seriously concerned they are a fraudulent seller. Hopefully they will resolve the matter, but I have already lost hundreds of dollars in addition to the goods that I have paid for long ago and have not received.
Pretty much, if you don't like what you've ordered, or if they've made a mistake you're screwed- because they don't respond to emails, their return policy is non-existant.
They made the mistake on my order, and no one will get back to me!
