Is this an existing company or just fake?
There's no telephone ("number deleted" although they have a 0800 on their website! Email customer service is not existent - no one cares at this company about customers!?
I've ordered more 4 weeks ago, with a promised delivery within 15-18 days. Still nothing to be seen here. More does the tracking shows any progress other than the delivery is "being processed"!
I cannot recommend at all - keep away of this online shop!
I received my merchandise in a timely manner. I love the shirts & the material that they are made out of!

I can understand what many of the reviewers have said about communication as I experienced the same issue with the phone situation. Add to that that the order was for an exhibition and had to be delivered to an address in France and we had no plan B on this big furniture order. However they delivered as promised and really "bent over backwards" to get the delivery to me on time, but I did have a few sleepless nights. Best use the email to contact them as I dealt with one of the UK assistants who kept me in the loop. They are definitely not a scam company but they do need to address their communications.
They are horrible and a huge waist of time 9 days and still no shippment. Lied to through email wow a company that needs to just go out of business because of how untruthful they are to there customers.

Shipping was extremely fast, and the product is exactly what we needed, we will be shopping at Wordans for all of our office purchases.
Order a glass round dining table at September 20,2017! They charged my money right the way... but order in progress shipping soon for 2 WEEKS! Sent multiple emails for updates, NO RESPONSE! After that, I decided to cancel my order and informed them by email. They finally response to me 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER! At the same time, they sent email said it has been shipped! If I need return, they will charge me 20% restocking fee,,, I already told them to cancel my order 5 days ago before shipped. WORST COMPANY EVER! I put negative review on resellerratings.com too, but they delete my review few days later! NO wonder why the rating is high over there... Its SCAM!

Honestly the prices for their blanks are great. Shipping price was too good to be true. Then I realized, I was tricked. IT IS too good to be true. It's been about 10 days now and I haven't received anything. I live in CA and their shipping map says CA shipments take 3 days, but nope. I can't even track my order because they didn't give me a legitimate tracking number. I've called many times but no answer. I'm 90& sure that this is a scam site. And what's worse is you can't even get a refund. I seriously hope that they fix this. Terrible service. I would rather pay $5 more per shirt somewhere else since their services are way better than this.

Order #******* placed on September 25. Received an extra confirmation on September 27. And yet, STILL haven't received any shipping details after 8 (!) working days. Customer service is unreachable in every kind of way.
Website says furniture should be delivered within 10-12 business days... I'd love to see that.

Pretty sure this company is a scam. Wish I would have googled them before giving them my credit card information". I placed my order 2 weeks ago and its still "being processed and should be shipped soon". According to their FAQ:
Q: When will I receive my order?
Once you place an order on our website we will review it right away, assign it to the closest warehouse to your location and prepare / pack the requested items.
If orders are placed before noon your order should be shipping out that same day!
Then, depending on the shipping option you chose, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days.
A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order ships out.
1-4 Business days!? If they can't meet their promised date, they should update their statements. I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known that they were going to take this long.

Same story that everyone here is telling. I ordered 4 chairs (Order Nr. *******). Delivery was supposed to be 3-4 days. Waited 4 weeks now and I am reporting this issue to my credit card company and my attorney to resolve the issue, as Wordans seems to have no interest in fulfilling their obligations.
