Horrible customer service! Not only were my hoodies the worst logo quality ever but they shorted me one, never get back to me for days and days, said I can't get the one missing if it was over a week delivered (I was in florida) they were extremely late delivering. (A month) and closed my case and denied because they think the logo wasn't that bad. They still won't send me the one I paid for. I will post this everywhere.

I ordered some sweatshirts which ended up being way too big (my fault, ordered the wrong size).
I contacted Wordans as per their return policy and still (5 days later) have yet to even have a reply.

My package didn't arive. No money back. No service, nothing! I've sent all the proof of no delivery. They say to investigate what went wrong. They only buy time. So: no goods, money is gone!

All I will say is you buy cheap expect cheap results. Ordered a 5x zip up hoodie to test them out and received a large blue plain hoodie. Called no answer email no answer. Always do a test before buying bulk. Glad I did. My daughter liked it so I gave it to her. Will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Absurd services and the manager is pathetic. Worse than the agents. I waited 4 weeks and still waiting for email replies or them to pick up the phone!

The goods were stuck in customs which I found out after multiple emails. They said I need to pay the customs and I will get COUPON

WTH that's it. No other communication or email response

I ordered some tshirts as a test order as we order a larger amount each month.
I am so happy we only did a test order as the shirts didn't turn up. After a number of emails, staff not understanding and months (I mean months - 4 months) I got a refund.
The stock was sent to the wrong address, I had to point this out to two staff that the address on the sent receipt wasn't the invoice address, I was told it would be resent, it wasn't, I was told a refund would be paid, it wasn't until I chased the refund maybe more than 4 times.

I am shocked a company like this is in business. I'm so glad we only did a test order of around $230 instead of a large order.

Don't waste your time. I have wasted hours and hours on getting a refund and in the meantime we found a new supplier where stock actually arrived before i even got a response from these guys.

I ordered close to 30 of their tye dye tshirts for an event and they are literally hand tye dyed. The tags are dyed and everything. Not some print. They're actually dyed. Super fast free shipping. I ordered n had part of my order in 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They charged me nearly €100 but only part of my products arrived, 2 of them didn't come. When I emailed I was told I will get a full refund since January 2022 but still nothing. Today when I was emailing. I got notified automated rejection from receiver. Don't fall for their scam. My kids were looking forward for their tshirts for their birthday party and also delivery was charged separately even though tshirts look cheap. Let me tell you these kind of money don't last for long and your company will surely ruined as you made my son who is Autistic cried

I've been using Wordans for a few months now, and I can honestly say the very few times I've had to contact customer service, they have been amazing! Very fast and easy deal with. I recently chatted with Adiel who was great! I will certainly continue using Wordans!

Wide selection very competitive prices fast delivery and amazing customer service. They were responsive to concerns raise and offered to help

This is a nice clothing store and while I do like it quite a lot I feel that a shortcoming of this store is that some shirts are a bit uncomfortable but other than that the only other shortcoming is, because of how many clothing items are being made. So it contributes quite a lot to global warming though, that last thing can be said about almost any company but other than that this is a really good and nice clothing store for all types of clothes that are available in the store

Not only is their quality amazing their shipping time is fantastic! Communication is great too! Have questions they quickly answer.

I have nothing but praise for Wordans: I tell everyone I know that the prices are right, delivery is on time or sooner, and customer service is excellent (Ross was a great help)!

Will not purchase through this company again. They have disappointed me and my customers several times. I've had 2 very time sensitive orders, and they waited 5 days to tell me my items weren't in stock when the other items were already out for delivery, giving me zero time to communicate that with my client or find substitutes for them. We have an order due today, and they notified me at 8:48 AM that they don't have it, when I ordered 5 days ago.

In 2018 I ordered shirts from Wordans that never arrived, though my credit card was charged. I wrote and called the company multiple times with no success. Last year, in 2020, I was contacted by a company representative, who apologized for past issues and the order was filled. It is my understanding that the company is under new management. I do like the product so I would definitely give them another order in the future.

So nice to order and get great service from a company these days. Ross has been sooo helpful! The products are exactly what I expected. But the service has been wonderful!

I ordered some T-shirts from Wordans and they were not the right side so I contacted the customer support and Alejandro helped me create a return label and emailed me while I was on the call. He also answered some questions about the product and helped me pick the right T-shirts that I am super happy with!

As a small business owner during such a tough time, Wordans has been such a help. Our orders are always on time and in good condition. During the christmas rush we ordered so many items and even though everyone was under so much pressure and I needed help with an order, they were on top of it. Thank you to "Alejandro" for helping me also within a timely fashion for a refund, he even took the time out of his busy schedule to confirm with me that I got my refund as I asked :) ! What great service thank you WORDANS! Im sure other small business owners say the same but your service is amazing :) and all your employees are great too. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
