I wrote several emails and it was very complicated! Nobody was able to help me until I called and spoke with Charlie Cox who was able to help me and was very nice! Thank you!

I had a damaged item so I had to notify them. After a few minutes, I received an email from Charlie and he assured me that the item would be replaced in a few days. Shoutout to Charlie for being so proactive and very professional in handling my situation.

I recently made an order with Wordan's where I was missing 2 sweaters. Luckily, I encountered the best customer service with Charlie! He was attentive, polite, and kept me updated on when my replacement would be arriving. Shipping was also insanely quick, with my orders arriving in less than a day! His great service prompted me to put in a second order right away! Thank you so much Charlie! Super impressed :)

I had an issue with my order where I did not receive 3 crewnecks but it said it was delivered. I sent an email out to support and Alejandro got back to me within less than an hour and fixed my problem immediately accommodating all my needs while also being very kind. Will Definitely continue being a customer at Wordan's because of this experience.

Sweater was good, great price, and customer service was fantastic. Charlie went out of his way to help me out and it was very appreciated.

Very fast and friendly service from Alejandro, minor shirt issue but was fixed up quickly, will be ordering all my shirts from this site from now on! Fast shipping and website is easy to use!

I have received a sweater with a small hole in it. I have contacted customer support on Sunday and received response on Monday morning. Tuesday in the afternoon I already had a new sweater with great quality. Representative, who helped me, Adiel, was very polite and helpful.

Wordans has great customer service. Alejandro responded to my email right away and was very helpful.

I accidentally put my order wrong but talking to the customer service I spoke to Alejandro and he was very helpful definitely recommend ordering from here again!

I recently had an issue with an order and had sent a few emails but had no reply. My email was picked up by Anna kulic who was understanding, courteous and very helpful. Within an hour I had all issues resolved and was happy with the outcome. If possible and needed I would prefer to have help from Anna should any issues arise in the future.
