Nobody is perfect. As hard as wordans workers work, sometimes mistakes happen. A wrong item is packed or an item is damaged. I get it. What's good with wordans is they are quick to rectify the situation. They'll replace the item with no questions or fuss. They are very professional and so polite. I've asked Mig for assistance a few times already, and she has always come through. Thanks, Mig! You are awesome!
Wordans is my go to whenever I needed stocks for my small business. They offer a wide range of payment option, the shipping is out the next day and the customer service is excellent most specially Charlie. I got a hold of him the 1st time when I phoned and ask for an item replacement he worked with it right away and made sure that it will be shipped the same day, I even ask for update every now and then and he is very responsive and courteous. And the 2nd time I need an assistance I just emailed him and resolved my concern right away! That is THE service you always want to have.
Definitely recommend this company and their products. I have ordered 3 times and each time has been a great experience. I use their shirts to Tie Dye with. Great choice of sizes as well.

I placed 5 orders with free shipping within 3 weeks recently. 6 crewnecks were missing in one order. When I called Charlie from customer service, he checked for me right away and offered me store credit or refund. I bought some hoodies and t-shirts just to see how well the quality was. They did get the order wrong but the customer service was amazing! They were super nice about getting me my missing items and letting me keep the extras. Overall pretty good quality, amazing customer service.

My clothes shipped immediately and everything was nicely folded and cared for inside the bag. I had a question about returning an item because it didn't fit me even though it was comfortable, Anna from customer service responded in less than an hour! I recommend this store.

I love Wordans! Super quick shipping and great customer service. I buy all my hoodies for my business merch through them. Last time I forgot to order a few things so had to pay shipping again, but Charlie refunded me and the money went back towards my next order.
