I purchase clothing for our Patient Comfort program at a hospital in Vancouver. Being a trauma centre with a large ER dept. and having a provincial Mental Health facility, we cover a large territory for patients who may not live in close proximity to the hospital. When being discharged, the patients may not have clothing so our Auxiliary funds this program. I love Wordans website where I can source out clothing suitable for our needs and especially the real-time numbers showing the quantities available in the sizes and colours. An issue arose when placing my recent order and with their office being closed for the day, I sent an email and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from ALEJANDRO early the following morning resolving the matter. I ordered 5 white tops for a photoshoot, with previous experience of very quick delivery from Wordans this Summer.
I needed to follow up after not hearing for a couple days, but I was helped very kindly by Charlie, who contacted me personally after the shipping label was applied to let me know my order was on the way.
I hope to receive them tomorrow (with the exception of one which will come later due to stock) & will likely order from Wordans again!
This was the second time we had ordered through Wordans, and we are just as pleased this time as the first time.
I would "caution" people who do not make their orders immediately... if you put together an order and something goes out of stock, the cart will automatically change the size...
This happened to us as the family was coordinating who needed/ wanted what... and despite reviewing the order several times before hitting submit, two items of the same size and color wound up being ordered...
We got the order on Tuesday, I emailed Wordans on Wednesday and received a reply less than 24 hours later with a direct number to contact Alejandro to resolve the matter.
A pleasant phone call of less than 15 minutes, and options were given to me by Alejandro. He was super helpful and not only did he confirm resolution, an email was in our inbox before the end of the call.
