I had questions about the website and stock! Alejandro was amazing and gave me all my answers. Glad to know that Wordans has great customer service associates. Will be purchasing in the future :)
Not only did my 12 item order come in 2 days but, when there was a slight mixup with products I emailed *******@wordans.ca and employee Alejandro was amazing. He sent the hoodie I originally ordered and it came the next day! I always order from Wordans and I've never had any issues but it's good to know if there is a mix up there are employees like Alejandro that will put their customer first!

I called customer service because I was having trouble with a credit that I was issued for out of stock items. When I applied the credit to my order it brought my total below the spending minimum for free shipping. Charlie was so helpful and just generally nice to talk to. He was able to resolve the issue immediately and waited until I confirmed that the transaction had gone through with free shipping. He even reminded me of another credit to my account that I had forgotten about and made sure that free shipping was applied to it as well. I order very frequently from wordans and will continue to because of their quality products and customer service. Thanks again for the help Charlie!
My family and I decided to get special t shirts {21 Tshirts in different styles} that we could each customize for our first virtual Christmas from several locations in Ontario, Tennessee, upper new York state, Washington state, Alberta and Vancouver Island. This whole process was made soooo much easier as Charlie C really showed patience, knowledge, and understanding with helping me with the separate orders being shipped to all our locations.
I don't know how long Covid will restrict our family celebrations - but I do know where I am buying Tshirts from now on. Thank you and I give you gold stars from a very satisfied customer.

I have ordered several times from them & have had no issues thus far. I just wish the pricing on some of the items was just a bit lower or that the company would send us promo codes to use from time to time. As for the customer service, Charlie is second to none. His friendly voice & helpfulness is always so welcoming if I have to call in to the company. I ask for him by name. Thanks again Charlie!

I had an issue on my order and was charged twice. I called in to address the problem I was facing and was helped by Charlie. He showed great customer service for the Wordans team and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. I got a refund on the extra charge and was happy it all worked out. It is my second time ordering from Wordans and it Definetley won't be my last.

When I first called I was extremely upset, but Charlie managed to go above and beyond to help me. I paid for the 1-2 shipping on Wednesday and did not receive my sweaters until today, Charlie went above and beyond to correct the error and to ensure I was taken care of, he definitely deserves a raise or a job title increase. I had placed a big order and only half showed up. I called the customer service line and was connected with Charlie Cox and he went above and beyond to figure out what was happening. He called Purolator to see where the other package was and what the other tracking number was. He called me back within minutes with the information. Alejandro was efficient quick and informative! My question was answered very soon after i asked it. Unfortunately my issue couldn't be resolved but that was no fault of his own, but rather company policy. SO he gave me an alternative instead!
I have ordered from this company on a number of occasions now. The website has accurate stocking information, delivery time lines are good as well. Like any company there are mishaps but their customer support is quick to respond to resolve the issue, their team is friendly and helpful. My recent experience dealing with Charlie was very positive, service was excellent, he assured me on the phone my short ship would be addressed and he also followed up with an email with the resolution. I have been ordering from wordans for a bit now and was surprised to get many items wrong in this last order. They need to update the items they have so people know if they can order the items and know they will receive them. Disappointed in the shipment.
