I placed my order on 10/17/17 and charged immediately so I thought this would run smoothly but this coming Wednesday it will have been two weeks that my order is supposedly "processing". I ordered 3 hoodies. That's all it is and it's taking so long, this site is too good to be true so I d just like my hoodies to arrive and then I will no long use their services. Customer service is non existent.
My daughter ordered 100 shirts for a school project 10/24/17 and the order is still pending, she has also reached out to customer service but has not received any response. She is out over $200 of her hard earned money! WE NEED THIS FIXED!

I placed an order on 10/11/17 and as of today 10/27/17 I have not received any additional emails even after emailing customer service twice to inquire about my order. I will never use or recommend them. I will be making a complaint somewhere to get my money back.

This place is the absolute worst! Ordered item, never got them all and now say they are not returnable... plus it took over a month to get what I ordered that they did send... I have been emailing them and all they say is that they are sorry for the inconvenience... don't be sorry, just take these items back and give me my money... I will never ever order anything from them again and will advise any and everyone else not to also!

I placed order 6 days ago, sent out emails and it still says my order is "processing". I live in Michigan which is 3 day shipping range so i dont know what their problem is. The two t-shirts I ordered were well priced and of high quality. They are two of my favorite shirts now and I intend to order more.
We used our T-shirts for a cheesy family matching day. Our first one! Lol it was awesome shirts felt great. Washed before wearing and applying appliqué minimal bleeding. Black was just as deep as pre wash
I ordered almost 50 shirts from this company. They only sent 1 shirt with the status as pending on the rest for the last 2 weeks. I have tried several times to email them about the status of the rest of my order. Absolutely NO RESPONSE! There is also no phone number that works for Wordans as well. THEY ARE A SCAM AND I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM! Now I have to deal with unhappy customers.

Wordans responded last Friday promising to ship out my shirts within 1-2 business days. Well it's been 2 business days (plus the week+ since I originally placed the order on Oct 3.) No update at all. Nothing. Nada. What a joke.
To Wordans, if you see this please, please, please cancel this order. Just cancel it. I need the shirts right now, not in 5,000 years.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I would like to CANCEL my order, please just cancel it.

Placed my order for 50+ shirts 10 days ago, and like every other apparent customer it's been stuck in "pending" since then. No responses to emails (not even an automated response), I've never seen customer service like this ever. In case someone from Wordans decides to help me, my order confirmation number is 1628941. Recently during the hurricanes our non-profit had a fund raiser scheduled. I put off ordering the T-shirts because of the weather. Once I did, I was panicked about the t-shirts getting here on time. Not a problem there. They were here just in time. The shirts were used for our staff visibility and the colors were good and bright. This really helped the teams to be able to find us if they needed something. I had only one issue and that was one shirt was not sewn well and it came apart at the seam.

This company does not care about it's customers at all. I have emailed all their customer service email contacts several times with no response to my orders. They take forever to ship. Part of my order was wrong and has never been resolved. I finally had to file a dispute with paypal. If you have not been burned by this company yet, you will, it's just a matter of time.
Order #******* has been "processing" for over a week, even though we should have received the entire order by now. No response to multiple emails (except for an automatic message saying a customer service representative will get back to us"); I'm not holding my breath. No response to messaging through Facebook, and every single Wordans phone number I have called (and there have been many) is out of order. Based on many, many other reviews, this company is a scam and we many never get our order, although they took our money. Someone needs to get this order shipped before I write the BBB.
