I ordered hoodies from this site over a month ago and it is "still pending". I am sure they are great products but it takes A LOT longer than it should.
I ordered shirts here and tried to email them about the order since it has not been shipped as of now and no answer from anyone in customer service. The website says ship in 4 days from where we live but it has been over a week and a half since order was submitted.
When clicking on link all it says is pending...

I contacted mastercard and will be refunded total amount... did some research. WORDANS in Montreal closed down... what does that say... don't let them keep your money... do what I did call credit card company and you will be refunded and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WORDANS... I first began the return authorization process on October 3rd. It is November 13th. They never contacted me again to get a return authorization. I will NEVER buy another product from Wordans. Use a company that actually has a telephone number you can contact customer service. Use a company that has a better return service. Not only did I lose out of $100, I bought the sizes I needed from another company to finish my project. Please... head my advice before its two late...

Look at all the reviews from people who ordered products and never received them. The customer tries to contact this company and never receives a reply. A BIG red flag is that the company does not have a phone number to reach them at. Hrmm... sound sketchy? Probably because it is! Also, look at the responses from the CS rep on each of these negative reviews. It always reads the same thing "we are very sorry. Please provide your order id number. Someone from our CS team will contact you."... Use your brain... if THIS many people have all had poor experiences, you will to!

Delivery was a little slow on some items but quality was what I expected and prices were good. Overall I would use wordans.com again allowing time for delivery.
I ordered a barstool chair from this company. Order it in Sept 2017 it is now Nov and still have not received product. There is no way to contact the company by phone only by email. And kept in contact with them and they still have not shipped my product. They created a label to ship but FedEx still has not received package. They keep sending me emails with the correct tracking label and it still says label created but no product. I have started an investigation with discover to get my money back. Never use this company.
