I posted on this before regarding my pending orders. To this day, it is still pending. I want my money back now, NO IFS OR ANDS ABOUT IT. Wordans is a joke. I sent them a email and I still have not received one back.
My order ID is *******. This is clearly a scam and a fraud. If I don't receive a full refund of my oder by Dec. 27th I will insure this processor is shut down, due to high chargeback rate. No business ever survives that doesn't have proper CSR agents.
*******. I want a refund. I have no use for the shirts even when they arrive if they ever arrive. WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER! I've reported you to the BBB and I picked up my small claims forms today.
You have been saying it is shipping soon for the past month. I am still pursuing legal action and I am suing for more than the value of the shirts because I did not have them when I needed them.
If I do not hear from you today, I am going to the county attorney and the state police department to see what my options are.

Posted a review on another site and they did reply saying they would refund my money. I am still waiting regardless of sending so many emails. I regard this now as theft as they still have my money. I placed the an order for 15 shirts to have customized for a family Christmas bonding activity, order number (*******). My order was placed on 11/20/17. When I check on the status my order it STILL says that it is processing. I have emailed customer service and received no response. I need my shirts ASAP, or I will not have them for the holiday. If I do not have my order by Monday, I am contacting my lawyer. I WISH I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. STAY AWAY

If I pay to have this done how many people are willing to join me? I am appalled at how many people Wodan's have stolen from. If everyone notices on replies from Wordan's it is the same. It is a generated form response, not an actual person. They will reply to website review company because it makes the review site think they are handling our problems. I do hope even this site is smarter than that. The answer's Wordan's are giving are repeated responses. Of course there is no Rep name at the bottom of the response. I have shown these and ton's of other reviews and my atyorney feels I should move forward in putting this company out of business. Wordan's if you care about your survival after failure you'd better reply to someone! No working phones? Are you not a business? No customer service? No email response? Do you not have any reason a customer may want to speak to you directly? If you think your business can survive on a fraudulent website alone you are wrong. We are all coming for you and we will bring you down! Oh and my order number is *******. And don't bother replying because its the same response you've given everybody else. I will probably never see my mercandise I ordered from you but I will get my money back and then some and have the satisfaction of watching your business fall and you loose everything

In fact, there is someone replying to each and every comment on the websites but since the issues are very similar, the responses are pretty much the same. We are really sorry that your order took longer than usual to deliver. Just getting these people to respond to customer emails is like pulling teeth. After many weeks and my products never arriving, and getting the same dumb excuse, I finally asked to cancel and for a refund.
Well, they came back and said I'd get my refund in 10-14 days. That didn't happen either.
So I'd like to warn everyone to avoid this terrible company. They do not care about customers as you can tell by reading all the 1 star comments here.
I only wish I came here first before ordering from them.

I placed an almost $500 order with this company and after weeks of not receiving a single item from the shipment I inquired for an estimated shipping date several times. They could not ever give me an estimated shipping date. I asked to cancel my order and was told it was cancelled successfully and that I would receive a refund. After over a month of waiting I still have not received any of the refund. When I contacted them they gave me some bogus statement about their financial department reviewing it and it would take up to 14 business days after it had been reviewed. Well clearly it had been more than 14 business days. They also could not give me a time frame of when to expect my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT HAS TO BE A FRAUDULENT SITE!

Cannot say strongly enough you should avoid these. They never shipped my product. Website is a shell and lie. Status said "shipping soon" for over 6 months. Don't reply emails. When finally gave in and asked for refund they refunded only partial amount of the money.

I bought next level v neck Tees, 2 black and 3 white. They were all the same style number and blend. The white tees fit at least a whole size bigger than the black tees. The tags all read the same size. A little disappointed.
