Never again...

I wish I would have researched further before ordering from Wordan's. I have tried calling and sent emails and have received no response. The order continues to read processing. I have opened a dispute in Paypal. Learned my lesson.

This is a scam company.
You order and pay as usual with paypal or bank card.
You get confirmation order and delivery date via email.
Two weeks later you get an email message saying sorry out of stock and refund is on way.
6 months later still no refund.
Do not order from this company - you will not get the goods ordered or your money back.

I ordered from this company and 10 days later my order is pending. When I Emailed them, Camille sent me a note saying she was sorry and that they are reordering at no extra charge. What a laugh. My shipping cost was a third of what I ordered. Which is a good thing since a only ordered 2 hoodies. I find it amazing that it takes them minutes to answer a compliant but the orders never show up. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business B but they can't seem to find this company?

It's terrible, by now you see how they are. I had to learn the hard way. Ripped off for $200 for an order for my company which gave my company a bad name as well. Is there a way to sue these people?

... I agree with all the comments... HORRIBLE company... I cant believe a company can still be in business for the Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.
I am so angry that I would drive days to actually speak to someone!
I received an item that was backordered from the original order and wanted to return it but they dont take into account that they backordered it they say no credit after 15 days. Makes no sense!
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away

I ordered many items placed sunday! They processed my payment right away on my credit card! I checked status as should been mailed within two days as per website! They have not responded to any emails to cancel my order! No contact number! Bunch scammers report this company and DO NOT ORDER from this company!

I bought some hoodies out if this company which took over 3 weeks to arrive within Canada. In the mean time I moved so the order was returned. The company literally took $50 out of 210 for stocking fees that is my work for a full day. Is an insane unjustified fee. Do not waist your time with it. Go miles away unless you want your money wasted.
My friend Bought other orders from them which arrived in a box with no plastic and all stained and dirty tees with dust from warehouse.

This company is unacceptable. I will make sure everybody will know.

If you have a pending order with Wordans, file a chargeback with your bank or initiate a Paypal claim ASAP.

Do not bother with their customer service, all you will receive are stalling attempts and empty promises of delivery and/or refund.

Their sole intention is to stall you outside the eligible refund period permitted by Paypal for claims or banks for chargebacks. Do not waste time, you must act ASAP.

I am in the process of trying to recover $900+ from these scammers.

Ordered 30 hats March 14,2018 and still yet to receive them. Along with NO communication from anyone at Wordans. This is extremely disappointing as I have kids, and families waiting for hats that may never come. My card has been charged, and I am left with nothing to show for it. I just want my money back so I can get these hats out ASAP

Placed order assuming I would have within a few days according to their website and still have not received. Have emailed only to get an auto responder response the first time stating that they would contact me with 2 business days. No response to 2nd email (not even an auto responder) as of yet. Will be contacting Paypal and my credit card company (I have already received a bill for this merchandise) tomorrow regarding filing a dispute and getting a refund. I am trying to run a business and this is BS. LESSON LEARNED.

Ordered over $200 on 3/03/18. First communication... "your order will be sent in 3 separate shipments". Two weeks pass, nothing. After emailing them, response said I would hear back in a couple business days. I send two more emails... nothing! They have no telephone customer service. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! A dispute claim has been placed with my credit card company. Not surprisingly, the credit card charge went through immediately after I placed my order. I am beyond frustrated with this company and wonder why they are still in business.

This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on a company but this needs to be said. I placed my order on January 28th and 4 weeks later my order is STILL in processing! I have been in contact with a Camille from customer service who told me my order would be prioritized but that was obviously a lie. I asked her to cancel my order when I realized it would not be in on time for the event I ordered them for but she told me it was too far in processing to be canceled, which is weird since NOTHING has happened! I have contacted the company many times asking someone to call me as I cannot find a number to call them anywhere. I have filed a dispute though PayPal to get my money back and STILL have not heard back. I obviously wont use them since they wont even be delivered in time so I just want my money back. I cant get anyone to contact me from the company so I thought I could at least warn others to NEVER use this company, if I had read these reviews beforehand I sure wouldnt have done business with them!

This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had online shopping and I'm an avid online shopper. No product, no responses to inquiry but yet they take your money. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not order from this company if you ever want to see your product or money or even get the common decency of them answering your inquiries. This company shouldn't even be allowed to conduct business on the internet. BUYER BEWARE!

I am usually not one to complain. I actually think that this is the first complaint I have ever made public. I ordered back in November for product that was over $150. I was under the assumption that I would receive it by Christmas. So not only did I have to spend more for something else for gifts, but to this day, January 27,2018, I have not received the product or the refund I have requested in multiple emails.

A Scam Company!

I ordered the first time with a small order to see how it went. It took a bit longer, but I was understanding that processing can take longer.
However, when I ordered over $100 (!) worth of product, it said it would be ship soon. This was A MONTH ago... I have sent two e-mails and also tweeted at Wordans. No response. This affects so many people. I needed those shirts a long time ago, but just want a response and a confirmation that the shirts are shipped!
It's not so hard I imagine to just reply to us. If the matter isn't resolved, I will no longer order from here.

I have used Wordans twice in the past without issue. Until now. We were planning on launching our non-profit website first week of the New Year. Its been two weeks and the order is still pending. Ive emailed four times with no response. What type of business doesnt have a customer service number? Completely disappointed. Thank you for ruining our plans. Im not one to let things go so trust me you will not get away with stealing from our families non-profit/foundation.

Have yet to receive my order #******* that was placed 12/2/17. I sent several emails and have gotten no response. Ive been patient understanding that its busy this time of year but its been over 3 weeks and it still says my order is pending which is completely unacceptable. Was planning on this being a Christmas present but Im starting to doubt I will receive this order.
