I wish I had never heard of this company. I ordered 10 hoodies from them. They shipped 2. Then they cancelled 2 and took over a month to refund for those 2 (apparently, they prefer to offer a coupon voucher instead). The remaining 6 I ended up cancelled 90 days ago because they couldn't provide a shipping date and I've yet to receive a refund despite repeated attempts to contact them and hollow promises from them.

Won't ship item

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I have repeatedly tried to get a reply through email as to why my order has not been shipped and no reply at all. Obviously this is their reputation, and I wish I had of read the reviews first. There is simply NO excuse for providing this type of service. Their business site should be shut down. I have filed a PayPal claim.

Company is now a ripoff

UPDATE: Since I was basically called a liar by the customer service rep here, here is the screen shot of the comment thread I was told never happened. https://imgur.com/a/ICLos

I will start out with that we have ordered from Wordans for over a year now and have spent tens of thousands with them and NEVER had an issue.

We put in a order over 10 days ago and order is still in pending just like everyone else here has stated. We have called, emailed, FB messaged, FB commented (these get deleted), Tweeted and no response.

Wordans, we are filing a fraud claim against you this week and will also be filing with BBB.

Terrible
September 22, 2017

I originally placed my order and didn't receive a confirmation email as it stated that I would. Once I did my order stayed as pending and processing for multiple days when i was told it would be shipped out in a day. I finally get an email stating it has shipped but the tracking number I was given isn't even real. I have sent multiple emails and when I do get a response it is very vague. I needed the shirts in a hurry due to one of the reasons i ordered from here.

I order 52.00 dollars worth of shirts and the tracking number I was sent is bogus, it goes to a cable company that surly doesn't deliver anything. I have sent several emails and they reply with stupid answers... Paid with Paypal so I'm going to my bank Monday and the Better Business Bureau and report Wordansdevwww for theft.

Worst of the worst

They don't deserve any star. They are crooks. I should have known better, a business that does not have a contact phone number should be questioned.
My order was never shipped, but I received an Email saying the order was shipped with a fake tracking number.

If you answered "yes" to both of those, by all means- order through Wordans! I paid $8.60 in shipping for a hoodie. ONE hoodie. Which I ordered on 8/11/17. And it stayed "In process" for a month before being shipped. The site clearly states they aren't responsible for shipping times and costs, so basically you'll get your items when they get around to it, but they're gonna make it worth their time by charging you for shipping that is the opposite of expedited. As many have stated, if you don't live in the US they'll charge whatever for excise charges, and sometimes after the order has been placed! If it took a month to get one hoodie from NJ to TX, god help you if you're ordering from overseas.
Additionally, when I e-mailed them to ask about shipping status (3 weeks after the order was placed and it still hadn't been put in the mail) and to notify them I would be reporting it to my credit card company as fraud, they didn't feel compelled to respond. It *did* seem to get the item shipped shortly thereafter though!
Go through another vendor. Wordans doesn't seem to care about anything other than overcharging and underdelivering.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO SAMPLE SHIRTS, THEY TOOK A WEEK TO EVEN EMAIL ME ANYTHING THEN WHEN THEY FINALLY DID EMAIL ME, IT SAID THAT THEY WERE HAVING MANUFACTIRING DIFFICULTIES AND MY ORDER EOULD BE SHIPPED IN 3 DAYS. I placed an over $600 with Wordans. 3 weeks later I checked and it never shipped out- in fact they cancelled my order when I checked the website. But they didn't send me an email to notify me they weren't shipping the order. And they didn't even automatically refund my money!

AND I called and waited a half hour on the phone to talk to someone, and he said he would issue the refund. And he did not.

That is NOT the way to run a business.

OMG JUST DON'T! ORDERED 2 WEEKS AGO CHOSE AND PAID FOR 3-5 DAY SHIPPING ORDER STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. HAVE EMAILED THEM 8 TIMES AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order that was supposed to ship in 2- 5 days - some shirts for my sons bday that needed to be sent to a printer. Well 5 days, no shirts, no shipment, still processing. I called and was advised on the 5th day (after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes) that they would make sure it went out that day - "they have been very busy". Next day, still nothing. Called as soon as they opened to cancel the order - allegedly - my request had to be sent to the warehouse... Why? Customer service is capable of accepting orders but not cancelling? I get an email hours later that my order has been delayed 3 more days... STILL NOT CANCELLED. As a person who WORKS IN THE WHOLESALE/RETAIL BUSINESS, Let me inform you - this is not how it works. You all need more customer service members to accept calls so that customers are not waiting forever on the phone & if you can't simply delete the order yourself & have to reach out to the warehouse, you need to invest in a new order processing system.

I placed an order through Wordans.com on 7/24/2017. Where do I begin? First when I initially placed the order, after approving payment the screen prompted that "there was an error" and that if I confirm again I may be double charged, Thank god I made my purchased through Paypal! I noticed that although their site said it was an error, my account was still charged. I called the next morning for confirmation, After waiting on the phone for 40 plus minutes someone finally got on to tell me that my order was in fact placed, and would be shipped the same day. Three days later after still not receving any tracking information I call back, I wait another 50 mins to get someone on the phone to find out that not only has my order not been shipped yet, but because they were backed up from orders from the previous week, my order wouldn't ship until sometime the following week! Now at this point not only have I messed up my money because my customer had a deadline that cant be met, They wont even ship until who knows when. I cancelled my order. Oh it gets worst! 4 days later after not seeing my money hit my account, I call back again, wait another 30 mins to find out that when I cancelled my order that they never even shipped, instead of refunding my money they gave me a "coupon code" worth the value or my initial order. What sense does this make? I demaded a refund which they said they were submitting to their "financial department". So in a sense they are not even guaranteeing me my money back, they let me know that "if" the refund is issued it can take 10-15 days for me to even follow-up because ethey wont reach out ot me. This is not even including the time it my take to get back into my account. I immediately filed a dispute through PayPal, in which they responded and now said it could take 10-20 days. SMH, I waited 14 days until I finally filed a claim with PayPal in which they processed the refund within miuntes like they should have from the beginning. A complete waste of my time and money, would NEVER make a purchase with them again, nor recommend anyone else to do so!
