Please be sure to dig deep into the reviews of this company. They are definitely shady! I ordered a pool filter system. I needed it right away as I had a leak in mine. It stood out to me that they state they ship the item that day if ordered before 3:00 p.m. By the next day nothing shipped. They claimed they hadn't received my payment. I sent them evidence and they said they made a mistake and would ship immediately. A week went by and nothing happened. Yet they're holding $500 from my credit card. That's when I decided to look into the reviews and they are terrible. Some people don't receive an item for a month. Also, plenty of complaints of them not crediting your credit card on cancellations or returns. When you contact them to check on the return of your money to your credit card, all they will say is soon. They don't even take the time to look on the computer and keep repeating soon. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else!
I received the filter. I tried the filter. The filter was bypassing media. Checked filter openings. One end was 3.002" the other was 3.062". The 3.062" was letting the media back into the pool? I checked the mating parts in my filter they were 3.005" at both ends.
The skimmer door was just what I needed and I fixed it within 30 minutes. It is a Hayward genuine part, Hayward SP 1070. Thank you so much for having what I needed.
Ordered a pentair product 1/17. They take the money out of my account and then say not in stock price may go up. I let them no by taking my money that is a contract between us for that product at that price. They give me an invoice paid waiting for product. Today was the time frame they gave me for back in stock. Emailed and asked Russel. He said even though the website says in stock it is not. I have my husband call. They answer yup 25 in stock. He said we will be down to pick up and she states you have to order on line. He gives her the order number number and she starts blabbering lies. My complaint was the 10th this year with the BBB. The have complaints against the same thing. They carry stock and lie they don't and have no control. Now Russel is ignoring me via email and I am reviewing where I can. Liars in business need to stop doing business.
This company does not respect or care what the customer needs or orders. Please do not use them, the shipping label they create is fake. They tell you it shipped when they do not even have the part in stock. They drag it out and make you turn it over to your crerdit card company for a refund, THEY REFUSE to refund any money. Be smart. This company is a DROP SHIP COMPANY with Zero Stock, the site doesnt tell you any of this. Nice web site but all LIES to the customer. And when you complain that your order wasnt shipped yet,,, They lie and blame the other company and make you fight with the other company about your order. They tell one lie after the other about the status of your order, excuses, excuses and it gets old. STAY AWAY, LIE LIE LIE somemore. I ordered, no tracking until I complained and then they CREATED a shipping label. If you know how this works, they create a ship label but do not give the shipper a package to ship, they only create a label, this is a fake way for them to prolongt shipping or not ship at all. This is a fake way to screw the customer. We all know DROP SHIPPING, you order from therm and they are the middle man. They told me in an email that the shipper didnt have the parts on hand but they refused to refrund me. My credit card company is taking care of them and giving me a refund. STAY AWAY from this place.
Needed a part ASAP and they offered Expedited Delivery. Because I paid twice as much for delivery than the part it should have been sent to me overnight but instead they snail mailed it and is now scheduled for 6 days after order date. This has caused me a ton of issues and is totally unacceptable. It truly demonstrates the Con Artist mind set of this company. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED…
Disappointing that this business continuously lists products "in stock" on their website, then after placing an order they inform you that they just ran out. They don't update their website to reflect out of stock items. Co-founder is aware and is not responsive to fixing this issue along with discount codes that don't work.
This company advertised a specific brand pool light that I ordered and they confirmed. I received a Different Brand than was ordered. This is Bait and Switch which is illegal. Buyer beware

Ordered some skimmer covers, completed and paid for purchase. The day after received an email stating their supplier was charging them an extra $10 in shipping and they were a small company and needed to charge me the extra $10 in shipping to process the order. It was only a $40 order and instead of having a repeat customer and just eating the extra cost they decided to try to upcharge the order which means i wont be buying from them now or in the future.
Also two things... they must not stock what they sell which means you can shop and likely find it cheaper and secondly you can't trust what your final order charge is as they will come back and ask for more money.
Hi Bruce! UPS/FedEx have been changing their rates without warning in 2023. We cannot lose money on shipping, or we would not be in business. I do sincerely apologize for the frustration here, but shipping charges are a global issue at the moment. We are doing everything we can with our partners to bring these costs down.
I do wish I would have stopped and looked at the bad review not just the good, as what I'm seeing in the bad reviews is happing to me, at 1st customer service was very quick to reply I placed my order paid the shipping that was on the order to just get another email saying they had an error and needed more shipping so they sent a link to get more shipping but TAXED the shipping I paid it and well the item didn't show up NOW I'm being told its out of stock BUT will cost MORE now to order it. I checked and it is showing in stock on the site. This is so bad why cant people just be honest I will definitely be contacting my lawyer as this was a business credit card used and now that no refund is coming our way I will make sure we get what is owned back to us.

Good products, but be careful what you are ordering. I didn't get good guidance from them on ordering a product and turned out was wrong. Had to pay shipping on purchase, again on the return and again on ordering the right item.
Plumbed up the pump and filter. Turned on and had a drip at the connection pump side. Turned off and reset got the leake to stop. Ran overnight. The next morning had a spray from under the collar. Never could get it to stop. Tried tape, no tape, loosened a bit, tightened. Still had a sizable leak.

Ordered some replacement parts and was thrilled that they fit perfectly AND makes my hot tub look new after 15 years. Old parts were yellowing and these fixed that up!
I ordered #500-57 you claimed was out of stock... And that the replacement you sent was $33 more which I paid I've opened the box and it is nothing like the one I originally ordered and will not work with my system highly upset because needed the work done and arranged to have it done this weekend and cannot be done

That said, we did process your order using an expedited shipping class, and I (unfortunately) have zero control over their operations once a package is picked up. To overnight your order would have cost 3x what you paid for shipping — that's why we don't offer it as an option.
While we do not guarantee shipping timeframes with any shipping option, my support team will be refunding your expedited shipping cost as a small means of apology.
I do not however feel it was necessary to call us con artists. We're a small business that makes mistakes like everyone, and try to make up for it when we do. I wish you all the best.
