Hot tub pump leaked upon filling. I ordered the pump and received it in mere days. The tub is up and running!

The product must have been hit in transit. Bent fuse holder and the terminal on the lower relay also bent. I will attach some photos.
I did install the board and it seems to be working fine at this time.

I was nervous about ordering online for a company I have used before. But they had it at great price. So I took a leap of faith (after I read all positive reviews) and purchased. It took 5 days to arrive and was I. Perfect condition. I recommend this business to anyone reading my comment

Was good to find my parts for my old bath tub with jets. The jets don't fit exactly as the other but appear to be working and boy does it look better.

My part was no longer made so they offered an alternative. It works great. Quick communication. Fast shipping.

The switch worked perfectly. However, I was most impressed with the level of attention that Wild West showed toward me and my order!

Although a few places sell specialty parts, the costs even on Amazon are ridiculous. My pool has older plumbing being built in the late 70s or early 80's and plumbing parts are a pain to find, specifically return jets, to the point I was even building my own. The standard generic jet from CMP is okay, but I wanted flow restriction options. Pentair makes a part but its like $13 - $19 each plus shipping from other resellers including Amazon. I went google shopping and found Wild West to have the best price, event with the shipping costs. Shipping was super fast, my parts arrived days before I expected them. I normally only order from distributors and resellers located in Florida, since we have many here and shipping is usually quicker since I'm still paying tax either way and to support our economy. However, since they are drop shipping many of these parts direct from manufacturer it did not make a difference in shipping time.

I operate an AirB&B. One week before my next guests arrive my pool pump suddenly goes out. I tried to order a new pool pump & unfortunately none of our known internet & local suppliers had a compatible pump in stock. Because of the unusual nature in which the pump failed, quit suddenly without the usual audible signs of worn bearings….I took apart the pump & found a fried terminal block. With the help of my brother in law, we were able to locate the correct terminal block which happened to be WildWest Pool Supply. I received the block in 2 days (standard delivery charge) & rewired the pump, which is running like new again. Thank you Wild West!

I'm looking forward in doing some more shopping on the website for things I need. I saw many other useful things I need.

As a pool and spa technician I do most of the purchasing for my company. I have been using Wild West Pool Supplies for a year. These guys are great! Fulfillment is fast and I always get what I ordered. Rarely, if they cannot fill an order, I will get a next day call or email offering an alternative product or, a refund. I have shopped many online companies, and most are good... but these guys are great!
