Parts arrived and is what I ordered and needed. It was a hard to find item. Took a little while to get them and tracking and eta was lacking but all arrived in good order.
I ordered a spa filter which ended up being out of stock. I got an email right away and an offer for a different filter. Sucks that it was $10 more but glad for all the prompt communication.
The ordering process was smooth. The only issue was I did not get any notification of shipment or a tracking number.

All that was written is what happened. Website was easy to navigate and prices are good. I received my items when I was told and all turned out great
I needed to replace a spa circuit board that was no longer supported and they helped me sort through the options and quickly solve the issue.
However, they had the part I needed. No phone number. Slow to respond to email. Only used out of desperation.
