I thoroughly looked through to see how many plugs came with the order "bag" was mentioned but received 1 plug. Shipping cost is terrible.

I have a proprietary brand hot tub with no parts manual.The original part # is no longer available. I was able to find the manufacturer of the part and the correct replacement Part #. Wild West had the best price, shipping was quick and I received notices every step of the way. Got the part and installed it immediately in time to get my spa running again and prevent freezing issues.

Replaced the unit, but only one pump works and that's conditional. Can't turn off pumps when through. Seem to be activated only when temp drops below preset level.

Sometimes the photo is what you want, but not what you get. Sometimes, your money is taken and its months of torment to get your product. I am very happy - I got what I ordered and within a few days. I am very pleased with this company.

Buyer beware! Takes your order… tells you your item is out of stock and the replacement is more money. Then proceeds to not respond to your emails and refuse to send you the product you ordered. Absolute scam and I would never consider ordering anything from this site. Just flush your money down the toilet and save the time. BTW I did try the chat they also gave me a line of bull saying their was a glitch in the system. Good luck if you have something on order!

It was quick and easy to order and showed up on my door step a couple of days later.
Name brand OEM parts at a fair price.

Wild West Pool Supplies had two products too choose from to repair my Caldera Spa. One was a replacement blower assembly and the other was a replacement blower motor. I chose the blower motor which was an exact duplicate of the original (it was even manufactured by the same company) and fit perfectly in the original housing!

The part I originally ordered was discontinued so I was called the next dat with a replacement part number. The order was placed and shipped out quickly.

Got what I needed. Sorry they only seem to come in packs of twenty when a standard board only needs four.

Parts where shipped the same day arrived very quickly. The Grundfos circulating 1" pump does have a flaw the small drain plug on the inlet side leaks. You have to remove plug and thread seal plug. I purchased this pump about 10 years ago and it had the same issue. You would of though Grundfos would of have fixed it by now. I installed pump did not remember about plug leaking until I started it. Had to remove pump seal it and reinstall.

I had trouble finding the part I needed so I used the internet to find it. The ordering process was easy, but they were out of the part. They quickly offered me choices and I decided to wait for the part. It has arrived and I'm happy. They were very professional and polite. Also since they were out the price went up and they still offered me other choices. I chose to go with the original part and it was worth the wait. Thank you so much for all of your help and I will do business with you in the future. I'm retired and not computer savvy but they made it very easy for me to complete all of my transactions.
