WAISTSHAPERZ is a horrible company. Took 14 days to even receive a confirmation email on my purchase. Took 25 days to get my shipment, when they claim 7-10 days. After I finally received my product, it wasn't even the right size. Every time I tried to call during the process to see where my package was, EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD AN AWFUL ATTITUDE. They do not know how to treat customers. I asked if they could let the manager know my situation and they said I have to do it myself. They refused to give a manager my information. Now, both managers I have talked to are IGNORING MY EMAILS! How bad is that for a company to ignore a paying customers emails of concern. WAISTSHAPERZ is a rip off I can get the same product somewhere else for half price and get it 2 weeks early. Please someone shut this scam company down.
I ordered to items. I received 1 item and it was way too small. The second item I have not received at all. I placed my order Nov 26 and 27th 2018. I called and spoke to a rude representative and was told no refunds just exchanges. I asked about the one I have not received yet and was told that I could exchange it. Its like they know the product wont fit and they refuse to give back the money. I even tried to give it to someone way smaller then I and it did not fit her either. I purchased a 4x and I am a 2x. I was told I needed a 6x which they don't sell body shapers in. Only the belt. I am very upset.
I didn't bother returning it, I just kept mine. But I ordered it and I had it within one week. But if in one on. Here would like to sell a 1x or 2x ill be more than happy to buy it. But it as to be new and never woren ill buy it for half the price. *******@yahoo.com
I purchased $100 worth of merchandise from this site I never received it! I emailed them and they said they were behind in shipments... I'm still waiting
They sent me the wrong order and then told me I needed to wait for a shipped label so that I can send back the items. They never sent the label. Told me the label had already been sent, and since I don't have it I have to pay for the return. Of the wrong items they shipped. When I asked for a return address I was told I already received the label so I should know. I can't even return the WRONG ORDER THEY SENT.
Weak product and nothing like what it should do. Cheaply made and then on top they refuse refunds. Stay well clear! I wish I checked reviews before I purchased it.
Ladies plz do not order they will take yur money nd say their shipment has been delayed. I wish I wudd have read these reviews b4 ordering. I made an order in April 2019 nd it came in may the size they recommended was too small so I made another order May 18th 2019 it's been 2 months now nd I've talked to been hung up on I have even threatened wit lawyers nd it's like they dont care it's always the same excuses "oh we apologize but we can not give a refund" "oh we apologize we do not give exhanges" and I asked why offer a promo everyday if yall cant keep inventory and not only that why havent I gotten a courtesy email about my order or a text phone call? Their website says 7 to 10 days but when the email comes in it says 8 to 15 days that shudda been a red flag for me they no longer offer the live chat nd now they dont answer their phones nor emails I jus want my money back nd for all ladies to know not to order anything from this site nd I will go forward with my lawyers
I purchased a black latex waist shaper along with a free one and I couldn't fit neither of them so I contacted customer service requesting for a refund and I haven't got any feedback or information regarding my purchase. This website is false advertising and I am dissatisfied with the way they do buisness. JUST WARNING PEOPLE TO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME/MONEY.
Wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered back in February the claim items are in stock until u call and email them and they give u the same weak $#*! excuses about customs... I work in shipping and receiving and send things to clients everywhere around the world daily and customs hasn't held any shipments this damn long. This company is a scam! They literally steal from you. I placed an order that I never received and when I inquired about a refund I got a generic message stating they do not refund for any reason. Now they have just stopped responding all together! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered body shaper in aughust and still didn't get the order. I messaged them several times and go no response. Very disappointed please don't buy and never get tricked by their advertisements.
I wish I could say anything about the products, but after almost two months I haven't received anything yet. A refund is not possible I was told. So all I can do is wait... It's a dead loss.
I had one waist shaper not even a month and the wires were coming out. The leather starts ripping shortly after the whole thing just fell apart. After contacting costumer support for four months through email I finally called. They promised to send me a new one multiple time through email and I never received a new one finally over the phone they send me a new one and once again it broke almost immediately. DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

Donot order from this place, this company is not a legit company! I made a purchase from them, they sent me something I didn't order it was even sewed up wrong the crotch was to the side. This was in September of 2019, This is now January and I never received my purchase or a refund. I have contacted my attorney and BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on this company it's a terrible site!

It's been over a month and my order hasn't been shipped. I can't get in contact with anyone. I sent emails and not a word back.
They are scammers... i bought from them and they sent a wrong size with £25 tax and when I emailed tgem to ask for a right size they said they will send a right size after i send them back the wrong size i did what they said and then they asked for extra £20 for shipping and £25 tax again so i asked for the refund and they changed their policy... EFFING SCAMMERS
