WORST COMPANY EVER!

I ordered 2 times from them with no issue... then in May I ordered again. It is now September and I STILL have no product. I've checked in every single month and keep being told "out shipments are delayed" "we don't know when new shipment will be in" " give it another 10-15business days" "we don't do refunds or exchanges"... ummmm THEY HAVE MY MINEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT! I finally got them to agree to let me switch from the 25 bones trainer to the 9 bones which was not in anyway what I wanted and was significantly cheaper than my original order but that was the best they would do for me. My advice is to RUN AWAY fast... go to ANY OTHER COMPANY. They are TERRIBLE.

Unfortunately the reviews are all the same. I had ordered 4 trainers from them in the last 2 years and I've lost almost 80 lbs. I love the way trainers make me feel and they really support my lower back which is important because I have titties bigger than I want. However, this is the first time that I have had a problem with Waistrainerz and it seems impossible to get anyone to answer. The company would be better off saying that the trainers are back ordered on their website rather than telling people it's on it's way when it hasn't even shipped. The rep on chat told me today that confirmation emails are sent with tracking numbers. Later on in the chat when I wanted a "cancellation" she said it couldn't be processed because I already got a confirmation email. I told her that was news to me as I never did, which was REALLY odd, because I upgraded my shipping at checkout to 1 day... it has been a month. These people don't understand time. Great product, horrible company, go to angelcurves for all your future trainers.

I spent $174 on this site. I bought two items together. The first one came in a week, I followed their size chart and they sent me the wrong size. They told me they do not do returns. So I messaged them through Facebook Messenger and told them I am a upset customer and would like a refund and my second body suit never came in. They kept telling me next week it will come... its been three weeks. I just message them now and ask for a tracking number to my second suit and they told me it is scheduled to come in next week... I told them you said that last week too, they replied and said that NY is experiencing a snow storm. I pulled up the weather forecast in NY and I screen shot it and sent it to them and said, NY seems pretty clear... partly cloudy and their response was, the storm was yesterday... I ask them to send me a tracking number for my second suit and they just stop responding back to me. So please please please do not waste your money. Unfollow them on any social media because they just scam you for your money.

I ordered my shaper in august it is now october and I still didnt receive it. I am in contact with them because I keep emailing them I cant get a refund so I am trying to order something in stock in place of what I already ordered and they wont let me do it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SITE. DONT DO IT.

I ordered the Athena Zipper Booty Body Shaper. It arrived on time. Upon opening up the item, I noticed that the crotch area had been sewn shut, which makes it impossible to use the restroom as you would need to remove all your clothing to do so. Prior to ordering this item, I reviewed all the features, and it was supposed to have an opening in the crotch to make using the restroom easy. Mine was missing this feature. I emailed customer service and they answered me right away. They told me that I had an opening. I replied that I did not in mine. They asked me to send them a photo, which I did, and she responded with an apology. She then asked me to return it (which I thought that was no problem), until she realized I am in Canada. She then followed up that she has to speak to the shipping dept (since I am international), and she would follow-up. That was 6 days ago. I have written 6 emails in total, asking for some direction as to how do I get the same Item I ordered, but with the cut out at the bottom to use the restroom. I have not heard anything since May 14th.
Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and sub-par business acumen.
Feel like I've been taken.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Waistshaperz. The 1st time I had trouble and my shipment was delayed a bit but I though random incident. I ordered a waist trainer on 11/28 for black Friday special. I have been calling and emailing then since then. A month later, it was "I'm sorry the waist trainer you ordered is out of stock but we have this one and the free items are not available so we will send you teas". I said ok that was January 3rd. TODAY 2 months later I finally got a hold of someone and they said they hadn't sent it because the teas were out of stock! I was livid. I demanded a refund and was told they do not to refunds. After being out on a brief hold to check with shipping the CSR said the waist trainer would be send out today and the teas at a later time. I told to cancel the teas I don't want any of their free stuff. I WILL NEVER order from them again. I work in sales, common sense is call your customer when there is an issue immediately (NOT a month or 2 later) with their order and offer them a replacement. Too bad because the 1st waist trainer I bought worked and was great quality but if this is what I have to go through with very order no thanks. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I placed an order in April and after a couple of months of not receiving any status update on my order, I emailed them for several months and every reply was that they didn't know when they will have the items available to ship. I finally decided to give them a call and Karina who apparently is the only one that answers the phones with bad customer service said they didn't know when they would be restocked and would have to replace what I originally ordered for something they had in stock if I no longer wanted to wait, it's now August and to avoid dealing with them I took an item I was not interested because they don't take refunds nor will they cancel your order! They are only there to take your money! DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This is not a lesson learned, the policy was read but this is definitely a bad business when they allow the customer to make purchases online that are not in stock just to take your money! They do not communicate on your order they let you wait and wait months without notice that your item is not in stock. I'm also adding a picture of how long this lady let my phone call ring with no answer, the phone number is there to prove I called them and she would just let it ring until I called from another number.

I ordered from this company because they seemed like a nice and honest company. Shame on me for not doing more research. Ive reached out to them MULTIPLE times asking where my product is and I get the same automatic sent message saying that it will be sent next week because theyve had a delayed shipment in product. This company is a SCAM and they WILL steal from you. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back (because theyre a fraudulent website) I have a new born child Im trying to care for while this company is stealing my money. Please do not order from this website. It is so sad that websites like this still exist and they dont care who they are stealing from. In this case, an active fire fighter and a newborn child. I am BEYOND upset with this company, and my own stupidity for not doing more research before placing my order. I wish these people wouldnt lie and just give me what they already took my money for. Or give me my hard earned money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. Stay away from this dishonest company.

NO RETURNS and CHEAP products! Case in point... Item LB******* is "Nude Seamless Backless Push Up Bra" for $59.95. It's actually a "Mimemi" invisible bra sold for $9.99 online. Next item... LB4638 is "Nude Zipper Sexy Shapewear Waist Trainer" for $89.95. It's actually a "FeelinGirl" shaper sold for $29.99 online. THEY DON'T ADVERTISE THE ACTUAL BRANDS OR DISCLOSE THEIR NO RETURN POLICY BECAUSE THEY'RE SHADY... save yourself some heartache and forget about WAISTSHAPERZ.COM!

They sent me the wrong product. When I sent pics of what I received and what I ordered, they said it was the same product. I've attached the pics, so you'll see I'm not crazy. The photo of Khloe Kardashian is what I ordered, it's a completely different style and color than what I received. After they said, "too bad, you got what you ordered" - I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. How is ANY company still in business that doesn't accept exchanges or returns. Still waiting for my second "FREE" one - not holding my breath. I just filed my case with the Better Business Bureau.

IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ITEMS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They didn't send my items until after I opened a case with the BBB... I ordered my items in March. They didn't arrive until May 12th and they came on separate dates. When I asked customer service to provide... customer service... and answer my questions they blocked me! I had to go in incognito mode on my computer just to talk to them... do NOT buy from them if you're expecting them on time. Had to pay someone to get my items because I wasn't in town. I need the items before I left town for a wedding! I paid the $9.99 for 5-7 day shipping and they wouldn't even provide that as a refund!

I ordered from them two weeks ago and paid for 4-7 days priority shipping. I never received an email containing a tracking number. To top things off, I went on the website to try and track the order, and "Doris" sends me a message back on the chat that they are experiencing high demand and they would send it out when possible. My issue is, I needed the product for a trip I am taking in a few days. I asked for a refund, and that is when things went from bad to worse. I was informed that all sales were final and that there was nothing they could do to give me a refund even though nothing had been shipped out yet. My issue is I was never made aware of the fact the all sales were final before purchasing and I feel like I have been SCAMMED! I am so angry and I do not even want their products anymore! I would just like my money back! Below is the email they sent me after purchasing. How is it that they can take my money but not tell me any thing regarding refunds or exchanges or anything at all? I am furious!

It is now OCTOBER 1st, 2018! I contacted the company AGAIN and was told they are still waiting on shipment. I was told that nearly A MONTH AGO as well! I filed my complaint with BBB and now I will leave reviews all over the Internet to hopefully stop someone else of making the same mistake I did for EVER giving them my money! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
