I would never buy from this site again! Sold me tickets for $400 each then changed my seating to $#*!ty seating, $100 each ticket. However they refused to refund me more than $100 total. So i paid $350 a seat to sit in seats that sell for $100 each. I am disgusted with this! There is no way to refund me unless I cancelled going to the event. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! SCAM!

The tickets came as soon as the website said! Emails where very detailed on what to do and overall would recommend to anyone!

They did not refund me due to Covid which was not our fault this happened and the event being cancelled, they gave me a credit with time frame of 6 months or expires and told me pretty much go find another concert when can't go due to Covid! All people are out of all this money on cancelled concert when obviously that's what we wanted to go to. Refund to costumers, that's good costumer service to make costumers happy. I pushased Motley Crew Def leopard tickets for $854 and after three days I have not received my tickets and they do not respond to my emails. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau do not do business with this company. My order number is ******* They continue to ignore my emails. Stay away! I cannot express this enough stay away from them.

So very easy and not a lot of time. Get tickets every year and so simple looking at seats available.

Easy site to maneuver. Although i was nervous That the site said my tickets would be sent by the day before the show. I got my tickets within 24 hours of ordering. Thank gosh because they're for my daughters birthday a month before the show and I wanted to give her a paper stating we have the tickets. I was very pleased with everything.

Was able to select tickets by seat location or price, and was able to find seats in the front row of my section so I don't have to worry about our view being blocked. My son is going to LOVE this experience!

This site is a major scam. Beware! I placed an order for two $50 tickets and was charged $275! I went to their support and told me they could not refund the charge. Don't make the same mistake I did, use another ticket source.

Purchased Miami Open tickets back in January 2021. Went to TicketsonSale for order status 2 weeks before event and found they had cancelled my purchase. No money was refunded to my credit card, no email was sent with regards to the canellation. After talking with customer service they sent me a credit for the tickets. This was a problem because we are traveling from AZ to go to this event. They found tickets that were further away from the tennis courts and more expensive. I paid 25% more for the tickets and we are sitting 25 rows higher in the venue. They wouldn't waive their transaction fees. Horrible situation caused by TicketsonSale but what can you do (this was a gift) when all they offer is a credit and not a refund. I will never use them again.
