It is so easy to order tickets. I received a email with tickets in the early morning before work. I would have liked the additional reminder text message though, such that has happened in subsequent purchases. At the end of the long day, this mid-week, local event got spaced out and we did not attend. My bad, my fault. I'm just saying that the additional text message would have been a life saver. Oh well, bummer.

As a first time user this was a near seamless, effortless experience. The prompts were accurate, the ability to actually see what and where you would be seated was a major plus. It has been quite a while since using any form of ticket purchasing online and I must say it has improved.

I can't understand why I spent 150 on 3 tickets to the circus at this rate it would have been cheaper to get them at the door. Ticket prices are outrageous these days and all for what a couple hours of entertainment. Pretty sad

At this point, it's been confirmed that I purchased tickets and have received an order number. There should be specific information as to how and when your tickets will be delivered which there is not. You are provided with 3 ways in which tickets may be retrieved and will not know until the day of the actual event.

Grabbing the tickets was easy to get, this our first time getting tickets for the crystal theater to see Celtic Thunder or any concert. I'm bringing my mom with me as we very recently lost one of family members so I thought taking her to see Celtic Thunder would help us heal. I will definitely be going to Crystal Theater again in the future.

Just a great experience using your platform. Everything laid out well chronologically format perspective easy to read through and obviously matching the map to the seat in a live mode is a big big plus for this platform so nice work.

Won't purchase from this site again, as a Canadian, way too expensive. I saw no where that the cost would be in American funds, and i am very disappointed that I only found out when looking at my authorization bank text, which was too late to cancel.

Bought tickets for Brandon Lake in LR. I was doing this with my daughter and we didn't want to lose our tickets but do not recall seeing any reference to the exorbitant service charge until the purchase was complete. Seemed less than transparent.

Do not buy. Extremely stressful process. Yes, the tickets are real, but the stress is not worth how much money you might save. Even then, I've heard of prices being even more than normal. They do not give your tickets electronically automatically like a normal ticket service company, if they did it normally then I would have 0 issue.

Was expecting purchase of tickets to be much more straight forward. It's hard to find tickets received when my inbox is cluttered with junk mail from the same provider. Still unsure how to find/access tickets that have been paid for in full. Not satisfied with delivery strategy.

I would like to have an itemized receipt to see what cost me $100 more than I thought my tickets were coasting. Did I pay for the ticket insurance I chose not to take? Or is it some other hidden fee? Besides that it's been fine so far as long as the tickets show up smoothly on schedule one day before the show.

The purchase process was easy and efficient. The additional fees on top of the ticket costs were excessive. Waiting time for my digital or physical tickets is excessive as well. We live in a digital world where receipt of a document (beyond an email) should happen faster. I have no idea when I will receive the tickets.

I purchased tickets … the website interface indicated that my session timed out after I set up my credit card info. I received a confirmation email so fingers crossed there's no mix-up come time for the event.

I plus rather pick up physical tickets rather that doing the electronic hoopla 2 weeks after the purchase. I feel like there is just a lot of crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. Time will tell

I'm confused about why I don't get my tickets immediately (as with other services). I also was not given any seats to
Pick, just the row. Not sure I would order through this site again. Others are easier and more straightforward.
