Bought tickets not realizing currency was US so I spent about 300$ more then planned without knowing. They don't have a CAD option even thought Canadian events are being sold, ridiculous. Not everyone is smart enough to check, until they realize their bank took out way more then expected, making a Canadian currency option would help avoid the confusion and frustration
They present themselves and get placement as if they are the venue. They don't mention that they are a resale site until after you have clicked. They don't give you the seat assignment. They refuse to let you cancel and are unhelpful in the chat, despite the fact that it said in process for so long that I didn't think I had bought the ticket. There were better, less expensive seats available through the actual box office. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again. Making it seem like they are the actual performance sites when they are not is shameful.
Well -I was in too big of a rush and didn't realize it was a reseller. Maybe you can learn from my mistake. I got an $11 parking spot for $60. In addition, you don't get your ticket right away. So - don't be duped like me. If you want to buy from a reseller -at least go in knowing that. And you can't cancel - at all - so be aware of that too.
I experienced a bit of sticker shock as the price advertised was not the price I paid. This did concern me however I'm assuming there's a secondary market markup, but I wish I knew at the time how much that was going to be. I did receive the concert tickets the next day via Ticketmaster so they are in my Apple wallet so I am looking forward to the show.
I have yet to receive my tickets via email which were purchased almost two weeks ago. And when I click the " contact us " it never goes to the site. But my money was taken from my account immediately!
This is an American business, so don't be surprised by the bottom line. If you're buying for an event in Canada, the prices are in U.S. Also, service fees and delivery fees are tacked on. Conversion required.
Ordering tickets was very user friendly. Opened my MLB app after seller sent me an email verifying sale. Tickets are shown but without barcodes which should appear closer to game time. Not sure I like that approach. If tickets are bought and paid for and seller has in fact received the funds the buyer should not have to experience anxiety wondering if the seller was legitimate. Barcodes should be sent when funds change hands.
Easy to select tickets and then it tells me some other third party will provide the tickets anytime up to 2 days prior to the show. I've paid and I would like to have my tickets in hand.
Hope this works out.
It was easy to find the tickets I wanted for a specific event. The tickets were more expensive then competitors websites however they had better seats avail. The kicker was the service charge for 125$ per ticket. I didn't realize till it was too late and I pressed 'buy tickets'. I think that is outrageous.
I never received a transfer email nor directions as to how to download the tickets onto my phone even though you said the tickets were transferred. Im not happy with the service and do not plan to use it in the future.
I haven't gotten the ticket I ordered yet so I cannot give a review yet. Tickets on Sale informed me that the e-ticket would arrive later in an email. I prefer to get my ticket when they charge my credit card, ugh.
Prices too high. Said no to insurance but was charged anyways. Game time got changed to 3 1/2 hours earlier and I could make it due to my grandsons b day party and they wouldn't give me a refund of any kind.
The purchase process was simple and easy with one exception.
There are several options for parking within the Prudential Arena garage with different pricing
But no explanation of the difference between each (GA vs GA1 with a $4 or $5 price difference).
An improvement to this issue would make your site 5 stars.
Good parking pricing at Hard Rock stadium. But, it took too long to deliver to my email. Should be processed and be delivered within a minute at most. So buy the parking pass ahead of time to save money and have the pass before arriving
The on-line purchase of the concert tickets was easy and seamless. Received the confirmation promptly. Was also notified that the tickets would be sent to me two days prior to the concert performance. A little too close for comfort. I'm hoping they arrive on time.
Just send the ticket, not a link to some 3rd party app I don't already have. I'm sure there's more to it than I know, but just seems like extra unnecessary steps. Also, don't hassle first customers about feedback. I'll use this service in the future, but if I remember the process and have an alternative, I'll likely use the alternative. But if you're actually cutting into Ticketmaster's monopoly, then more power to you and I take it all back!
Your e-mail request was very vague. The last couple of months I have purchased several concert tickets and theatre so I had to review my records to see which one you were inquiring. Second I do not like tickets delivered via phone. I get it things have changed but I like the physical tickets if possible. The real experience will come when it is time for the concert and my reciept of the tickets 24 hours before the show will run smoothly.
I purchased tickets for the Oliver Anthony concert in Clarksburg. This is the first time I've used this site. Overall is easy to navigate. The only confusing this is the ticket section and when you get the ticket itself. Mine seems like a generic ticket, it doesn't have my name just the order ID. We'll see on the day of the show how it all really went.
The process is over expensive and Ticket Master seems to boost their selection on google so potential customers feel this is the only option. The prices are over priced and for new users not overly friendly
Self processing fees over $11 seem excessive. Site is fast & efficient.
2/2- still waiting on tickets I purchased on 1/26. Event is 2/14, site states I will get them no later than 2/13. Timeline makes me nervous.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
