I bought 2 tickets for a Halsey concert, and I made the purchase on 01/21/2020. The amount total was $385.21. The concert got moved to 2021, but then eventually cancelled when I got an email on 01/22/2021 saying that. They refused to give me a refund, and gave me store credit instead of $462.25. I didn't want that at the time as I wanted my money back, so I kept trying to file disputes with them, PayPal and my bank with no luck whatsoever. I recently bought 2 tickets for a festival coming up in September using my store credit, but they didn't allow me to spend the $462.25 coupon anymore. I was only given the $385.21 amount to use for the store credit because they changed the amount for me due to the amount of times I tried to make a dispute. I'm very disappointed with the company, and I'm very upset I didn't get the store credit or money back that I deserve.

I was surprised with the enormous fees added on to the price of the tickets! Ridiculous. There was no breakdown of the fees. Just looked like a fee for the sake of adding a fee.

Very simple buy ur tickets somewhere else I hope u read all these bad reviews. They are real! Tried to sell me tickets that were in one section, but gave me some other tickets. Luckily I used a credit card because they wanted to keep my $ for the wrong seats they sent me. Run as far away from this company, the way they stayed in business is by keeping everyone's $ from canceled events due to covid. Wow I thought it was against the law to do things like that during a pandemic?

I googled the Premier Center in Sioux Falls, SD for hockey tickets and clicked on the first site that came up since it looked legitimate and had links all about the center. Bought tickets and happened to see a ticket master price on another site for 30 bucks less per ticket. Literally 90 bucks out the window for absolutely nothing. I don't know how this company stays in business.

Ordered tickets for a Chick Corea Akoustic band performance. Chick since passed away so it can't be rescheduled. Contacted support and said they can't issue a refund. Since Covid might have been an issue so I paid for ticket insurance through Allianz and they refused the claim as well. BUYER BEWARE

Bought tickets to a show just before covid hit and I lost both of my jobs. The show was delayed so I asked for a refund and they said no, I would get tickets to the date it is rescheduled (even though I couldn't go that day) the show ended up being cancelled completely and they still refused to refund me. They said I could have a credit for a future show. Trying to figure out how to redeem it and nobody wants to respond to me! Can't believe a company would act like this during a pandemic! I could have really used that money after I lost my jobs. I basically threw $90 in the trash!
Just now putting this up but the service was really fast i had my tickets within the first 2 days of me ordering my tickets. 10/10 would recommend.
They stole my $600 I paid for tickets! They have the money! I didn't get the tickets! The concert was canceled bc of covid! They are rude and they do nothing want to help bc they know what they have done to soooo many people! This is absolutely horrible and unethical! I just want my money back! They say they gave me a credit... it lasts for a year... the problem is, concerts are not happening STILL! So my money just went to these $#*!s! DO NOT GIVE THESE $#*!S MONEY!

When I purchased the ticket I paid for the most expensive ticket because I thought I was getting better seats. When I got the ticket it wasn't in my name and it says the ticket was only $32.80. My total was $90.58. All I have is a General Admission ticket. Very frustrating!
