Bought 2 tickets from this site in June months before my concert. Get to the concert & they don't have my tickets! Call customer service they say my tickets are unavailable now, so then they say they will replace them then they say they can't so they will give me a refund. Place is a joke and a scam! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Unfortunately, I had my Ticketmaster webpage open to Disney on ice and I needing help and so I looking back to get a phone number from a Google look up. Unfortunately, I saw Tickets Onsale number instead of seeing TicketMasters. When I called, thinking I was calling TicketMaster, it sounded different, so I asked,"Are you TicketMaster and he did not say yes or no. I kept telling the man that I saw the Tickets I want at 20.00. He told me that there are so few left that they are now 61.00 Oh, my. But I just came home from hospital with Covid and pneumonia, so blame my fog brain on that. I should have not gone through with the transaction, but the agent made it seem like they were selling out fast. So today, my husband looked at the bill receipt I printed and I couldn't believe that the receipt said Tickets Onsale Instead of TICKETMASTER. I tried calling them and all they will get you too is a chat, no phone call voice. I feel so ROBBED by TICKET ONLINE. These tickets are Disney on Ice for the grandkids. I bought 7 tickets! With tax: 450.00. I could have used the overpayment of 300.00 for Christmas gifts for them. The chat was terrible they would not give me a live person to talk to OR a supervisor.

Wish I could give them zero starts! Took my money, the Broadway show was cancelled and closed its doors for good, now it has been almost a year and Ticketsonsale.com won't give me my money back! Cannot get anyone on the phone and when you finally do they say there is nothing they can do! After you speak to someone, you receive an email to take a survey and when you click on the survey to leave feedback you get an error message... what a joke! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

My experience was horrible, I bought my tickets in May of 2022 for a show in October of 2022 was on the phone all day several times the day of the event and ended up not getting my tickets I purchased and being told there was not replacement tickets available to me while I was waiting in line to get into the event. Said they couldn't get a hold of the seller and that when they finally did the only thing they could tell me was the seller didn't have my tickets any longer? Um why not they had 4 months to send me my tickets... never again!

I was told I would receive my tickets from the seller and an email from Ticketsonsale confirming the transfer. I didn't receive either, after many emails and phone calls. I asked for a refund and they denied that as well, saying the tickets must have gone to my spam folder 3 months ago. Spam mail deletes after 3 months so no way to trace it, if indeed they were ever sent.

Our concert tickets were promised by TicketsOnSale to be delivered on or before September 21,2022, for a concert on September 28,2022. We got an email from TicketsOnSale on September 22,2022, with an order update that our tickets now won't be shipped until September 23,2022. We are traveling from Idaho to New York City for this concert and don't have an address to receive these tickets at. We Live Chatted TicketsOnSale to request a refund but to no avail. They offered us a solution of reselling the tickets on our own. How can we do that if we don't have the tickets and we don't trust that we will receive them before the concert? I will never recommend or do business with TicketsOnSale again.

So my concert was cancelled and I got the 120% refund from them. I called to see if I could get the refund and they gave me an access code for the refund. They then asked if I wanted to use this on my next purchase and set it up on the phone with me so I said yes. After the transaction was complete I asked if the code was applied but they said they did not apply it so I would have to pay in full. They also added a $125 service fee for doing it over the phone when I could have bought it on the site for cheaper. When I asked what I could do, they said I had to use or sell the tickets on a different site in order for me to get my money back because they could not refund me on this order. They trapped me me because the whole reason I called was to redeem those points. Do not use this site

I bought some tickets to a basketball game in L. A. They sent you eamils saying "all is done. You should have your tickets in your email", but there is no tickets in my email. They keep saying that I should have them and that there is not their problem. They go like "if you don't have in your email go to any of these platforms a try to see it's there".

I opened a case through Paypal to try to recover my money but ticketsonsale keep saying I'm not going to recover it. It's frustrating.

I would not recommend to use their services at all.

Had to live chat daily up until mid afternoon the day before event. We had to travel so we needed to make sure these were going to be legit! Finally received tickets but for different section and seats. Horrible seats that we paid a ridiculous amount of money for. They claim they only have to honor the proximity of what seats we purchased. Literally told us to sell them at the event if we weren't happy with the purchase. Such a scam!

I bought tickets for Pearl Jam for sept 3rd (so this coming Saturday). Reserved a hotel but I still am waiting for my instructions and we are 2 days prior the event. Spent hours trying to speak to customer service, but they claim not to help me. It's too late for PayPal to refund my money. They refused to guarantee that I will receive the tickets and refused to refund my trip (hotel). It is almost $900 for the tickets alone. And they disconnect my call because I was asking for my ticket or an rembrunissement. Update: I lost my $900, they did not deliver the tickets. The delivery date was September 31, on the 1st I still haven't received my tickets and the agent has disconnected me again. I am trying to cancel it through my credit card. Wish me luck

Absolutely do not purchase tickets off this website, they are scammers! My friends and I purchased tickets for a concert and we're told In an email from tickets on sale to pick them up at will call when we got there The day of the concert. When I showed the woman at will call my email she told me that this is a scammer website they sell the same tickets three and four times over and to never buy from this website and there was no tickets waiting for us at will call. So absolutely disappointing as we spent $300 to not see a concert we have been looking forward to all summer. Not to mention the number that they gave us to call if there was any issues was disconnected and every time we did the live chat and typed in our order confirmation number it came back with the wrong number even though we kept typing it in correctly. Just an absolute scam from start to finish don't waste your money! I would definitely give us zero stars if that was possible

I hope you are smarter than me and look at the reviews before you use this company. They are scammers, legit scammers. They lie to you and tell you that you should change your Ticketmaster address to see if you have a different email address. They do not send you the tickets they are people in another country reading from a script and they keep saying the same thing over and over. We will contact the sellers and find out what email your ticket went to. It is not true there are no sellers you will not get a ticket but you will get charged

I can say that I got a very good deal with the tickets that I purchased- Floor seats with VIP for an amazing price point but I think there was some luck involved and using this site is not for the faint of heart. As a relatively inexperienced concert-goer with questions about the mobile tickets, the company's representatives were of very little help. Also at checkout the attempt to get ticket insurance failed and when I contacted the Insurance company as directed they had never heard of this site and their policy was that they did not provide coverage for tickets purchased through a third-party anyway. The entire time up to the day of the concert was very stressful not knowing if the tickets were valid. The only thing that helped was reading other reviewer's experiences and learning how they navigated the challenges with this company. If you're someone who is prone to anxiety when doing these types of transactions especially with how expensive tickets are these days, I would strongly recommend a more established site with a proven track record and/or consider using PayPal for the payment as they have a dispute resolution process.

This company took my money 2 years ago due to the pandemic. The concert was rescheduled twice. The reschedule date was moved to when I could not attend. They would not refund me, or let me resell my tickets. I found a buyer through a third party. 4 days before the concert, when their "customer service" told me I would receive my tickets, I received an email saying they would not be sending my tickets until the day of the concert. I lost my third party buyer. I now lost my buyer, cannot attend the concert, and paid all that money. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THE CUSTOMER?!?!

This company is so bad I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Also, I excepted more from Lady Gaga and her management. She lost a fan.

I was given tickets of lesser value than what I purchased through this site. They are not willing to honor the contracts made when purchasing certain ticket price tiers / zones. I ended up over paying more than $200 for my tickets that I should have bought directly from the venue. Never again!

Never got the tickets, called multiple times. They sent a fake link to get the tickets that went to a dead end.

$1700 for two tickets near front row seats only to find out the week of the concert they issued us two tickets iin row 32 at $230 tickets.
Total rip-off.
