My significant other didn't realize they weren't on the official venu site and prices for tickets are $12 yet this app we paid $26 a ticket plus $13.50 service fee each! So $85 for what should have been $24
He was trying to surprise me and didn't ask for help or ask if it was correct information! And of course they don't offer refunds
Overpaid for 4 tickets, only received 3 electronically. Paid $119.00 per ticket that were available at the venue box office for $29.95. Theatre was half full, could have had our premium pick of any available. Will never use this company again
This situation is not resolved. I was unaware of how huge their service charge is and I guess I didn't notice how much was tacked on at the very end of the transaction. The minute I confirmed the order I suddenly noticed the much higher balance than I expected and called them right away, literally within a couple minutes of the order. It was late and I only got voicemail but it said to refund your order click a number which I did, and it said you will receive an email confirming your refund. Of course I didn't get one. The next day I emailed them repeatedly and they emailed me back but never doing anything for me. I do not want their incredibly overpriced tickets, they suggested I resell them on their platform – – scam scam scam! I bet this happens all the time. They make double the money! I'm not doing that, I will contest the charge with my credit card.
I purchased my tickets, and the countdown clock began, I had a price of 300 total, but the system then kicked me out, and I got back in, and the tickets went up to 488. I then called customer service and they said i was not being honest and the system doesnt do that. Guess what it does, and this is common practice for large events by event ticket center. They saw the demand and rebooted and inflated the cost of tickets. My tickets at face value at Billy Bobs were 60 a piece, but event tickets charged me 244 a ticket; what a SCAM! Then to top it off i wanted a refund and the declined and sent me a link to sale my tickets with them and advised i sale my tickets for 160 a piece. Meaning I would not go to the event and lost $168 if i sold at their suggested price and in which they will take fees from my selling of the tickets. This has to change and iI will contact the venue to advise of the scam this website is.
I read the Seattle Opera website which promised no ticket fees if I ordered my tickets before April 13th. I ordered them on April 12th. How surprising to still have nearly $50 in ticket fees. Bait and switch much?
Getting tickets for Gabriel Rutledge at Funny Bone Comedy Club there were two different prices for general admission I found confusing as it did not indicate WHY. I also felt that the service fee was higher than expected. Did find a discount via Honey.

A $30 per ticket service fee is robbery. When I got the tickets via email the instructions said I had to print them. We were at hotel with no office for guests. I called customer service to verify we really had to print the tickets and I was told "sorry. You were told printing the tickets was necessary." We got them printed and come to find out electronic tickets were accepted. What a waste of my time. Terrible service and overpriced service charges.

Prefer that tickets be printed and mailed to me. Transfer and saving of tickets was confusing. I am not tech savvy. Took five attempts for Ticketmaster to verify phone. Not sure how to use wallet. Physical tickete should br an option given cost
