The ticket purchase was easy. I would have liked to have had a more detailed seating and row sample to choose from. I think that is up to the venue though for more detailed info.

Tried to use Amazon acct and it didn't work so it was a bit clumsy and wish I didn't have to pay $16.44/ ticket plus $9 delivery. But it is my husband's birthday request. Plus only needed three tickets but had to buy 4. Alpine Symphony is his favorite!
We were going to sit on the lawn. The weather has been very rainy here so I tried again to find reasonably priced tickets and up popped your site. This is a special night out for my adult daughter and me. She is in the arts with lots of talent, involved in so many arts venues. She and I have not had a mother daughter time for a while. Now we can really enjoy Yo-Yo Ma and having a female conductor will be awesome if we can't see Yannick. Can't wait.
I don't understand the directions I'm gonna be truthful. I must be stupid. I just want this to be a special event. My girlfriend since childhood has less than a few months to live and her and I went to see the Eagles some years ago at Oakdale. Oh no I'm sorry Mohegan and we had a wonderful time and I wanna give her a good experience again.

It was OK too many questions at end from vendors. Also the protection fee think if you were sure of your services you wouldn't offer this how can you lose a digital ticket. If you can't go sell them or eat costs.
I purchased my tickets, and the countdown clock began, I had a price of 300 total, but the system then kicked me out, and I got back in, and the tickets went up to 488. I then called customer service and they said i was not being honest and the system doesnt do that. Guess what it does, and this is common practice for large events by event ticket center. They saw the demand and rebooted and inflated the cost of tickets. My tickets at face value at Billy Bobs were 60 a piece, but event tickets charged me 244 a ticket; what a SCAM! Then to top it off i wanted a refund and the declined and sent me a link to sale my tickets with them and advised i sale my tickets for 160 a piece. Meaning I would not go to the event and lost $168 if i sold at their suggested price and in which they will take fees from my selling of the tickets. This has to change and iI will contact the venue to advise of the scam this website is.
I was so looking forward to this show. Ordered tickets, received order confirmation. Later received an email that due to a glitch my order was not processed and refunded. No explanation. Show was sold out by the time I tried to reorder.
A $30 per ticket service fee is robbery. When I got the tickets via email the instructions said I had to print them. We were at hotel with no office for guests. I called customer service to verify we really had to print the tickets and I was told "sorry. You were told printing the tickets was necessary." We got them printed and come to find out electronic tickets were accepted. What a waste of my time. Terrible service and overpriced service charges.
Paid for 83 for seat tickets come in as 45 per seat where is the rest of the money we spent. Not happy at all. No way should we be spending 40 more for seats and get the tickets. Where does the other 40 go?

I would have appreciated knowing the retail value of the ticket before purchasing. I also feel pretty uncomfortable that I did not receive my e-ticket at time of purchase. Instead, I need to wait until one day before the date of the event.
When I ordered the tickets they were in Row G. They said it may not be those tickets but may always be better, not worse. They came in Row W. I NEVER would have bought them.
