I thought I bought tickets. Now I learned that some third party has to give them to me.
I have received an email that my order was cancelled without any type of explanation - simply cancelled and they inform there is a hold for 3 days for my money. So I dont have another opportunity of buying another available ticket for the event. Totally unfair, also I am unable to contact a human being to help me with the issue. Its simply a system thru text which does not help either. Very dissapointed

My experience was pretty straight forward, questions were clear and easy to respond to.
I went to the concert last year and had a bad experience with a vendor overcharging me. Also some drunk patrons wanting to fight so we left before the main which was Ice Cube. I thought I'd give it another go and my tickets I attempted to purchase were declined. Reason was because of a previous dispute with a vendor which I clearly verified and was credited. Not going to go through this site again and will also let others know.

First they want me to download a "free" app that wants credit card information and charges an annual subscription fee (not my definition of free app). Then when I fill out all the boxes for the app it won't let me log in- says problem with either user name or password. I have tried several times and no good. NO answer on phone in help line. Please HELP me get my tickets!
I thought like ticket master I would get instant tickets even tho it was mobile and not physical tickets it's saying I won't get them until the 17th of July.

I ordered a ticket to an event. Received a email that my tickets were ready to accept. Once I accepted the tickets I was taken to an error screen saying someone else accepted the tickets.
Was a bit surprised about the price of a GA ticket the weird part was there were several options I went with the cheapest option. I am confused as to how there was four different prices for GA tickets I dunno it seemed haphazard is all not to mention the ad that came up six times while I was purchasing my tickets that read to hurry as the tickets are being bought out fast! Kind of made me feel pressured to be honest.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
