I purchased two tickets to a soccer game online and what I received in the mail was two printed sheets which looked like photocopies both were parking passes and had the stall numbers written on them with a sharpie. When I called ticketsonsale they told me I ordered two parking passes and that I could sell them on social media and they would not refund me or exchange my tickets. I told them I had intended to buy two tickets to a game not two parking passes but they said that was my fault not theirs and there was nothing they could do. I did purchase the insurance for $15 in case there was any issues and the insurance company is telling me I don't have a valid claim. I spent $145 on two parking passes which don't even look like legitimate tickets.

Buyer beware. I stupidly bought tickets to a show without realizing it wasn't the official website. The show was then delayed a year... my tickets are not set to be delivered until a couple days after the first show of the new date. The company refused to refund for the tickets and can't give me any guarantee that I am actually getting real tickets.

I went through the chat 4 times. The first time I was cut off due to service in my area, so that was on me. The second they ran me through making sure I had checked my accounts at all the major box offices. They then, after much deliberation, said they were "re-transferring" the tickets and to wait for the proper notifications. I waited 12 hours and it is now the day of the concert. I contacted them a third time via chat, as that is the only means they have. We went through the whole schtick again. This time as they were about to try to "re-transfer" the chat window crashed; nothing else but the chat window was affected. I had to go back through this a fourth time. I tried to refer to previous conversations/chats but apparently they don't interact with eachother that way. They took me through the ringer again and then just pointed to Ticketmaster as the problem. Not dmsure yet if we will make it to the concert or get our money back. We used a credit card though so we may have recourse through that.

Since I can't rate this company at a minus 5 star review I'll give it a 1 star. I bought my tickets in august 2021 for an event in March of 2022. I never received my tickets. When I reached out to this company 4 days before the event I was told I would be receiving my tickets the day before the event. Two days before the event I was notified that the event was rescheduled from March 19th 2022 to August 13th 2022. When I requested a refund I was told no refunds were available. I either had an option to attend the event on the rescheduled date or attempt to resale my tickets. When I attempted to resale my tickets which were originally more than $800.00. I was told I could get max $305.00 for them if someone would buy them! I will never purchase tickets from ticketsonsale.com again. What a waste of money and time. I feel like I was robbed.

This company is a Huge Ripp Off. They should be arrested. We bought two tickets for Paul McCartney thru them. Not only did they charge more than Double of other ticket ordering companies, they Don't deliver your tickets. I had to go and register with MLB and try and get my tickets thru the baseball app. Because the concert is at Fenway park. It was a huge hassle which took a couple hours. I called "Tickets for Sale" and told them I wanted a refund and they said NO. I still have no tickets and they have taken my $860 bucks. THEY ARE SCUMBAGS. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

The worst service and scammers

Ordered tickets and was on the phone for over an hour and they did nothing to help no refund and no tickets. Just sorry I tried my best. No onsite supervision to talk to and the only number to call is the same people that dont know anything

Bought tickets for a Canadian concert and shocked to find charge was in US$. And then they had the gall to charge $160 service fee!
Customer service is a joke! They are incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to resolve problems.
GO ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR TICKETS!

Screwed on Paul McCartney concert

I bought tickets for Paul McCartney in Orlando this coming Saturday. Bought plane tickets and paid hotel in advance. Now I'm finding out the damn tickets were supposedly "transferred" to me, but I have no directions for receiving them. Spent an hour with customer service, but they claim not to be able to contact the seller. They are supposedly asking the seller to "retransfer" but no email yet. It's too late for Paypal to refund my money. I'm f*cked out of almost $300.

The whole system is designed to be not friendly to the ticket buyer. There is a lack of transparency in the process and on their site. They also are non-responsive to questions or concerns with an atrocious customer service system.

Paid over $1000 for concert tickets we never got. Were told we would get them... but in actuality they NEVER had the tickets. Its a TOTAL SCAM SITE!
PLEASE BE WARE! I am filing a claim with American Express, who I trust will have my back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought tickets on this website and the tour was cancelled by the artist: confirmed cancellation on their twitter and band websites—This company refuses to refund me the money saying that the concert was "postponed" the band is now starting to tour again but the company still states that the tour was postponed— they are lying because their policy is that only "cancelled" tours get refunded and that if the concert is postponed that my tickets will be valid…. So I paid for tickets to a concert that will never happen and every time I call them I get only a voice messaging system and emails that say exactly the same thing no matter what I send them. I'm really wish I would have just bought tickets from another website— save yourself and avoid this company.

I can't believe this company and how they positioned themselves as having these tickets and how they tried to look like AXS. They aren't real, they never had the tickets and they have all sorts of rules about how the can deliver the tickets up to 1 hour before the show. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!

Bought tickets for what I thought was front row balcony and paid a very high price. They told me there was a problem with my credit card. When I re-submitted they had increased the number of tickets from 2 to 8. I called them immediately but they refused to do anything. Called again and they refused again. Then I found out my tickets were for last row balcony. In addition they were not electronic transferrable tickets but could only be printed out. How can I sell those?

Awful experience

Words cannot express the level of frustration with our ticket purchase. Ordered tickets for a concert in October 2021 and did not receive any confirmation of tickets until day of event on May 14,2022. This led to months of stress about wether the 2k we spend on tickets would really show up. I received multiple automated emails with misrepresentations about where my tickets were and what I was supposed to do. Do not use this site. Find any other way to get your tickets. Our tickets were marked up 400% from what the venue would have sold them to us for. Stay away from Tickets On Sale.

This company is horrible. No accountability at all. I could not access my tickets and could not contact ticketmaster either. The woman just kept repeating the same response over and over. That they would not help me or give me a refund. I guess I'm not talking my daughter to the show.

The fact this is the top site on Google for a ticket search is ridiculous. Google has to be aware of this problem and is complicit in this scam. Sometimes the tickets are legit. But I rushed to buy a ticket to an almost sold out ticket due to false advertising on their part. They charged me $6 to simply email me the ticket. The fees are outrageous and you can't cancel an order even if you placed it the same day. Always go to Venue's site first is my lesson.

They use "ticket insurance" through Allianz and I will tell you right now you have to jump through at least 5 links to show all the "conditions" to see if you qualify to get a refund and let me say 90% even with proof you will NOT get a refund so don't bother getting it and make sure you are 100% certain you can go to your event. I will never buy from this site again since they are buddies with scammers

Never Received Tickets From Seller

I ordered tix for the upcoming AJR concert in Philly on 5/15/22 back in April 2021. At the time of the order, I received several e-mail from Tickets On Sale (TOS) regarding the transaction. One of the e-mail stated that the tickets were sent/would be sent by the seller. Here I am a few days from the concert and I did not receive the tickets. I called customer support at TOS on Saturday (5/7) and was told that they would reach out to the seller to request them to resend the tickets, but they (the seller) were not required to resend. Today, 5/9, I called TOS to follow up. The agent (Zia) that they did send the request, but once again the seller was not required to resend. I argued that I never received the tickets in the first place. I requested a refund, but was told that the sales agreement at the time of purchase said that there were not refunds or exchanges. I argued that the seller did not fulfill the sales agreement because they did not send the tickets. Zia said that they had confirmation from the seller that the tickets were sent. When I requested proof of the seller sending the tickets, Zia said that they were unable to send the proof because it is for internal use only. So... the call ended with no refund and no guarantee of me getting the tickets I paid for. Zia said may get an e-mail from the seller this week.

Do not use this organization for your ticket purchases. They are not trustworthy and hide behind their online agreements. If you do not believe this write-up, read the other reviews on this site or read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau for Tickets On Sale (https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/profile/ticket-brokers/ticketsonsale-*******9543/customer-reviews). DO NOT BUY TICKETS - SCAM!

This is not a legit company to get tickets for a concert - They are a resale company. So they are only hoping to get tickets somewhere else in order to get your tickets. I NEVER received my tickets - They are a total SCAM - do not get any tickets from this company! I bought tickets to see King and Country in April and I called and called and called this company and never received my concert tickets.
