Getting the seats I wanted for Opening Day was relatively easy (and expensive) and worth the costs.
It was thje first time I had e-Tickets added to my wallet on the iPhone. Tricky at first.

It was good and so much easier, no trouble finding anything

I am concerned. I purchased tickets, but I won't receive them until the day before the event. That makes me extremely uncomfortable. The event is 7 months away. The money has been taken from my account, I have no assurance I am getting my tickets. I feel extremely uneasy about this entire experience. The transaction is unclear. Did I get ripped off? Am I actually going to the event? Why do I have to wait so long for the ticket transfer? My money was taken. I should get proof of purchase or someone to call. I am concerned.

I was told I'd receive a 10% discount upon sale and it never materialized.
Highly deceptive!

I feel scammed because it made me book wrong zone with wrong title. I hope this website gets closed for scamming soon

Great website. But really how different is this website from any other ticket website? Not much. It all comes down to fees and the fees are too HIGH! Ticket price was $140, fee was $45, that's 32%. That is ridiculous. A rip-off of epic proportions. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO PROFIT AT THAT LEVEL!

Got my parking pass-way better than what the venue offered. Game is this week and I expect no problems

Would be good to know in advance about the service charges

I love these bands, I haven't been charged yet. I really hope there isn't a flute and that it just takes awhile

Confused on exactly how to get the tickets downloaded.

There's no mention of added fees until you get to the pay part. While you are shown what the fees are, there is no prompt to copy that page before you are taken to enter payment information. My receipt shows no breakdown of the fees I paid…and no where on the site to obtain it. I am NOT happy about that. You need to include the breakdown of the bill TO PRINT or STATE CLEARLY to copy the page before proceeding to the pay. I will not purchase from this site again.

Super quick, less confusing, & less expensive Definitely would recommend.

Bought tickets 1 hour before event started doors were already open had tockets in my possesion within 10 minutes great experience.

You charge $7.50 for electronic delivery and that is the only option you can give that's a bit of a rip off.
