Purchasing my ticket was problem free and I am satisfied with my purchase price for the section of seating I will be.

NOT HAPPY.
The seats I wanted were available next to my group... but I was not assigned in them. Even "moments" after purchase I was "put off" even when I could see the seats were still available. Boooooo

Fell for an ad thinking it was actual ticket sales for a venue. Got robbed for available tickets.

It was fine besides the fees and making me start an account. Just send me a pdf or something I don't need an account for a ticket sales website that I will use 3 times a year.

It was easy to locate tickets and purchase was even easier.

Haven't received the tickets and possibly have to wait until the event date. Don't know if it's a scam until then. Also the TicketsOnSale fees are extreme probably won't have paid this but it's what he wants for his birthday. Hopefully congress does something about this.

I am upset that I have to wait until almost the day of the concert to get my tickets. My son thinks I have been swindled.

Website is easy to navigate, but choosing seats is difficult.

Your fees are ridiculously high.

Additionally you sent me four emails in a row with one that says, urgent click this to accept your tickets. So you click it and says, you can't get your tickets. So I still don't know if I have tickets even though I paid for them. It's all very confusing

We just paid $500 plus per ticket yet we could not choose seating or see where that put us.

It was very easy to get tickets from this sight I'll let you know when I get them in November. I was a little nervous but everything went smoothly. I'm so excited to see Adam Lambert it's on my bucket list.

$31 per ticket for a "service fee" is insane. Can't access tickets until a few days before the event. Can't edit a mailing address if it's done on a guest account.

Why do tickets cost double by the time you check out the fees have gotten out of control

I did not see exactly where our seats are as my friend has a hard time walking down and up a lot of stairs. I have not received a reply.

I'm Canadian and accessed the site from a search in Canada. I was never told the ticket prices were in US dollars. Only found out once my CC was charged. Once I went directly to the venue to compare prices Tickets on sales prices were almost double the cost. They offer no rebate or credit. Please avoid using Ticketsonsale. Thank you
