Was push to choose too quick and now I can't cancel! Hate that!
If I could I would give you zero stars or negative if that were possible. When I went to purchase tickets, I took a couple minutes to read the legal fine print of your purchasable coverage policy. When I was finished and went to complete the order, the website put up a pop up that said it couldn't be completed because the order had timed out, so I decided not to purchase the tickets and closed the website. A few minutes later I received an e-mail that said I was charged for the tickets then another with the tickets that I didn't purchase. When I called customer service to rectify the problem they basically called me a liar saying that the website is "user driven" and said there's nothing they can do to help even though it was their website that created the issue. The whole ordeal was egregious and completely disrespectful. Do not use this terrible service, get your tickets elsewhere.
I will not use TicketsonSale again. I can't get my tickets til they release them and the pricing was ridiculous. If it wasn't a gift I would have cancelled.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
