They charged me $27.15 inconvenience fees for a $60 ticket. Wow.

Was push to choose too quick and now I can't cancel! Hate that!

If I could I would give you zero stars or negative if that were possible. When I went to purchase tickets, I took a couple minutes to read the legal fine print of your purchasable coverage policy. When I was finished and went to complete the order, the website put up a pop up that said it couldn't be completed because the order had timed out, so I decided not to purchase the tickets and closed the website. A few minutes later I received an e-mail that said I was charged for the tickets then another with the tickets that I didn't purchase. When I called customer service to rectify the problem they basically called me a liar saying that the website is "user driven" and said there's nothing they can do to help even though it was their website that created the issue. The whole ordeal was egregious and completely disrespectful. Do not use this terrible service, get your tickets elsewhere.

I will not use TicketsonSale again. I can't get my tickets til they release them and the pricing was ridiculous. If it wasn't a gift I would have cancelled.

After visiting the actual venues website I found I was severely overcharged for these tickets. Very misleading. GA is GA - there are no rows sections or seat numbers. Will not use again.

Quick and Easy! I saw Greta Van Fleet tickets were on sale, logged in and purchased tickets within minutes. Couldn't be any faster or easier.

I have still yet to receive my tickets from a show this Saturday. It should not take this long. I feel like this is a scam.

Charges are outrageous. It is bad enough that the price is so high. Then you add 1/3 of the price in ser-charge& tax!

Great experience. One wish would be to be able to view a map of the open seats by row to choose the specific ones wanted.

The extra cost was hidden - I am forced to pay double to cost displayed when selecting the tickets since there is a restriction to cancel

We are fine with purchasing tickets at the listed price. But adding an additional $5.95 per ticket for email tickets ( when that was the only option) is not right.
We could pick them up? Additional charges for Emailing tickets should not be charged when that is the only option.

I paid for tickets and never received them and there is no way to contact the seller. I purchased two tickets in two different orders and received two separate order numbers but when they sent me the ticket they sent me duplicate tickets!

Easy to use on ticket masters. Easy to find the event date, time and place.
