I am still waiting for support to contact me. I received my tickets without a bar code, I've spent over a $1,000 dollars.
I need my tickets ASAP! I ordered and never revived my tickets and the event starts tomorrow.
I have tried to reach out with the "live chat" and i've also emailed...I purchased tickets April 18 for Halifax Moosehead tickets for Sunday April 23,2023. Confirmation # *******. I know that it takes up too several hours to have my tickets emailed to me...but I have yet to receive anything. When leaving a message on the live chat and also emailing, I am getting the same email response...which brings me back to square one!
No refunds, on the tickets doesn't tell you what seats your in, only the section and row. You don't get the tickets until the day before of the concert.
I was confused after a purchased my tickets. I had thought that the tickets would physically deliver to me and the shipping address was incorrect. The customer associate that helped assured me that the tickets would be sent via email. I was relieved!

I have not received my tickets (order # *******), and there is no informative answer from so-called "customer support." It looks like a fraud: no tickets, money, or even a meaningful reply. Everything is done to make it impossible for any fraud to be reported to the police. You are just collecting money from trusting customers.
This site was done to steal money and to hide the steeled funds recipient.
