I have learned that I could have bought a General Admission ticket to the game I just bought tickets from you for $10 less that what you charged me. Now I can't get a refund for the tickets...that is really unfair to the customer. I will not use this service again! Neither recommend it to others.

The price of the actual tickets for the show was not terrible but then when you add 20 bucks per ticket for service fees, it really makes it out of reach for some people that's a lot of money to charge extra for some thing that's done digitally

I purchased tickets from TicketsOnSale by mistake. After searching for a concert on Google, the TicketsOnSale site came up first, because it is a "sponsored" site. I foolishly paid over three times the price for the tickets that I would have paid at the venue website. Shortly after paying for my order, I realized my mistake, and tried to cancel. However, the website informed me that "all sales are final".
