Charged me 286 for two $60 tickets. I cancelled within seconds of seeing the amount and they said no. Concert is sold out and not until June. Ohio is a 3 day right to cancel state.

When I purchased the tickets, they were pictured as being next to each other. Upon attempting to sit my wife and I discovered that they were actually seats B6 and B7 for two different box areas. We were unable to work out a solution with those sitting on the areas so ultimately had no seats. Music sounded great but overall completely frustrated and departed early. Add spending an hour finding available parking and then having to wander after the show to find a way back in to that same garage which had most entrances locked, I'll stay home next time.

I was unable to use two of the six tickets I ordered because I need ADA seating or limited mobility due to being disabled and they would not offer me any accomodations for that type of seating. I couldn't even sell the tickets because they couldn't be used due to not even receiving the tickets until two days before the event.

I thought I was going to ticket master and it sent me to this third party site.

We ordered 3 adult tickets and one child. We were credited with only 3 adult.

Paying $100 per ticket to take my 3 year old to Paw Patrol live is ridiculous in and of itself, but I knew that going into it. Paying $40 per ticket on top of that for no reason other than greed fees is disgusting.

I ordered tickets while working remotely and i didn't have access to a printer to print the tickets and i didn't receive an email link to the electronic ticketa

Rep gave false information about parking pass lied or didn't know either way I spent $95 to park far!

New to this online ordering, an found it to be easy and efficient. I am expecting a smooth process to completion with tickets in hand a week prior as stated.

Shop around- I didn't realize until it was too late that this is a 3rd party seller. I over spent by over $100.
That's on me. But but maybe this review will help some before they click confirm!

The site was easy to find the tickets but the check out process too a little while. After i checked out it told me that my time had expired so i wasnt even sure i got the tickets in time.

Some where you need to be more clear on how much the fees are added to the ticket prices. The experience is not great when you find out after the fact all the hidden fees.

It was good stuff and done. I would use it again if I needed to.

I clicked the link and nothing. I registered with the center where the event is but my ticket isn't there and there is nothing to accept. I called the center and they cannot do anything on their end.
