You all charged 3 times the price of the tickets as the venue direct.

Wanted to just see what the final price would, ended up Automatically charging me and had me buy the ticket and I did not want to buy the ticket and i'm trying to get a refund.

I never received a ticket a paid for after being told by numerous representatives via the help chat that all tickets I paid for were "guaranteed" to be uploaded to my account prior to the start of the event. I arrived to the concert and waited for 2h after it began to finally hear back from a representative that my ticket was unavailable and there was no replacement available. A friend of mine traveled out of state for an event they could not even attend.

So, the site was easy to navigate - there were no hurdles to cross. I didn't want to throw my computer across the room. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I won't be receiving my tickets until 2 days before the show. Over a month from now, and I am worried! I have enough faith to give it a go, but I am truly nervous.

I think it is a horrible scam to buy up tickets to resell at 3 times the original cost. This should be illegal.

I have been trying to find a way to contact you for a refund with no luck. Your website charged me over a 1000.00 for 6 tickets when I was trying to order 2. Now I have to deal with a lengthy dispute process with my credit card company and PayPal.
