When I received an option "Transfer", I had no idea it meant I wanted to transfer the tickets to another person. I thought it meant to transfer the tickets to my computer. It should explicitly state, do you want to send these tickets to someone else? I put in my own info and it said I couldn't do that. Luckily I just happened to be buying the tickets for my brother, so I went ahead and put in his info and he eventually got the tickets. But I wasnt sure what phone he had, so it couldve been a problem.
Also it said tickets would not be available for several days, and then within minutes, they popped up and said I needed to claim them immediately.

A very complicated cc authorization process. Once you think you bought the tickets, you actually didn't. You receive a link which asks you a lot of private questions and Uploading cc photo and Id. With frauds all around did not feel safe.
Bought $25 general admission tickets for $80-- RIP OFF! Scam all the way! Customer services-- waited in online chat for 30 minutes and never received a response. Never Again...
