Terrible I ordered a month and half ago just received and it looks like it was in a dusty barn also false advertising about the product dont bother with this its just a headache

I ordered an item exactly a month before Christmas expecting it to arrive well ahead of time. It is a week before Christmas and my purchases are still "processing." I've talked to customer service, which is a joke there, and they just keep giving me the run-around.

On another note, I thought what I was buying was a good deal, however, soon after my purchase, I found the product I purchased significantly cheaper on another website. I wasn't sure that my product would arrive in time if I bought it there, but ANYTHING is better than tanga.com

Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Now I'm left without presents for to give for Christmas and an unresponsive customer service team.

I ordered two items, only one was shipped. They never contact you with status. I contacted them several times. The websites states items will ship within 10 days and it has been over a month now. Avoid this website!

I ordered 2 sets of Beats headphones that I didnt realize were refurbished. I bought as gifts so I needed to send them back due to the fact they were not packaged in a box. I notified them that I would be returning them. I packaged them up and took them to the UPS store, They were signed for by Tanga on the 1st of Nov., on the 7th of Nov. I received an email from them saying they received my box with no items in them. I called them and they said the box from UPS came empty to them. That woulf be impossible since I watched UPS weigh the box and measure it. Tanga basically told me, sorry about your luck, but you will not receive a refund. I feel like I was seriously ripped off. My order was a total of $ 179.00!
Beware ordering from this company, better yet, DON'T!

Terrible customer service and their prices just aren't competitive enough. I would rather support a small company than anything corportate but I just can't get past their lousy customer service.

Well they had a "DEAL OF THE DAY" for a windows netbook... cost $42.00. Thate was 3 weeks ago... I kept e-mailing them to get an answer if it shipped and would get and unsufficient answer... like four word answers... has not shipped Yet... and they took thier time responding also. Usuall within 24 hrs. Any how I got this e-Mail that the factory cannot fulfill all the orders,, if you got a tracking no# in youe e-mail those orders will be fufilled. Blease be patient were trying our best. But if you fell you should want to cancel the order please contact us. So I don't cancel I want what I ordered. I get another E-mail with the same message again... I sit and wait... Finally just got an e-mail last night factory will not fill anymore orders for this product we are cancelling your order and refunding your money. I new this was going to work out this way buy the tone of the E-mails. So I E-Mailed them back that if they did'nt have enough quanity of this item they should have never have listed it as a deal of the day. I said In my e-mail to them I'm pissed and want my order filled not a refund... and I'd be reporting them... So here I am fulfilling my promise. And it take them forever to respond to e-mails and there's no telephone no# to call to speak to anyone just e-mails.

NEVER USE TANGA.COM I ORDERED OVER $300, for xmas gifts, never received NOTHING fake emails no phone numbers to contact them! I shouldve looked deeper into the site. Im very disppaointed, same as nomorerack... THESE FAKE MONEY STEALING SITES SHOULD NE CLOSED DOWN!
