I have placed more than 50 orders with this company in the last year - novel products - outstanding prices - so far, decent quality on nearly every item.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5
1) Shipping can be excessive. They often have free shipping days you can take advantage of, and most items have small shipping and handling prices - but some - like knives - can have high shipping and offer no reduction when you order more than 1 - it just keeps adding up. It can exceed the price of flat rate shipping options quickly.
2) A small percentage of the products aren't so great. (protection baton handle attached to a cheesy o-ring, so it broke immediately)
3) If there is an issue - like you order 2 items and they only send 1 - their immediate response is to refund the order in question and make you order it again - instead of Tanga taking care of the issue on their part.
Minor things, but keeps them from receiving an outstanding review.
I am not reviewing any specific item, simply the Tanga site. I love getting daily e-mails on their deals. I may not order very often, but have not had a problem with anything I did order.
I learned about Tanga about a month ago, and have made several purchases since then.
The quality surpassed my expectations, shipping and delivery is always during the time frame quoted.
Only small criticism I have is there customer service is a little slow answering questions, but it's very understandable seeing as they only have 22 people employed!

Usually I have had great luck with Tanga. Good quality goods for the price you're paying, definitely better than NoMoreRack which my mother bought some stuff off of, cheaply made poor quality jewelry, the stone was not even set properly and rattled around against the setting.
Right now I am not that thrilled with them, still waiting to hear back in regards to my latest purchase, which arrived short of merchandise. The blurb said you will receive 2 pairs of the tights in the same color. I bought 2 different sets of tights and received ONE of each. I contacted them, got a computed generated message they would look into it and get back to me (I emailed them on Feb 7th) I am still waiting.
Their future business with me hinges on them fulfilling their obligations and making this order right. I have done business with other companies and had issues that were not resolved to my satisfaction, and I no longer do business with them.
When you are doing business online, you only have your reputation, good PR word of mouth, and repeat orders - start ticking off your customers and leaving problems of your own making unresolved and you have lost creditability. They can't see you, talk to you in person, touch the goods - it is all being done in good faith. Spoil that faith and what do you have - less customers, disgruntled customers and customers willing to share their bad service customer rep stories about your company.
I received my canvas print in record time (unexpectedly). I had read previous reviews on slow shipping and my expected date was a week out but I received in two days. The quality of my print was perfect as expected. I recommend and will use Tanga again if the need arises.
Just as described earrings. Beautiful. Not sure I would ever pay full price, but for the same they're AMAZING. Fast shipping too!
I greatly appreciate that Tanga offers really cool merchandise at very low prices. I especially like Swarovski crystal jewelry and have bought numerous ear rings for granddaughters and friends. Today, I am ordering a memory foam bath mat for my daughter. Shipping is very fast and that is important to me.
Came faster than expected but came with postage due! Tanga only paid half the postage!

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
