I ordered a MyQ Garage Door Opener. It was shipped (from 3 states away) and it took 11 days to receive the package. I opened the box and the Door Opener looked used or refurbished. I haven't tried it yet. I should have bought it from Amazon. It would have a few dollars more, but, it would have been new and I would have received it the next day. I will never buy from Tanga again.
This store is a scam! I ordered this watch for my son for his birthday. But the delivery was very long, so they arrived too late and I had to return the item. I returned the order using the label that the store gave me. And guess what? When the item was successfully returned, as you can see from the tracking number 1Z0V07W*******639. I personally received it by some Juanita. And what happened next? I contacted the store and they told me to wait 5 days. It's been 5 days no one has contacted me. I wrote to them myself. I was told by the store that they would not do a refund. I asked to resolve the problem, asked why, just started to find out what it was and guess what? They just stopped replying to me! This store is a scammer. Now I lost my money and my son is without a watch. DO NOT CONTACT THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY. The order number is 4D2GM98RGFZD. I did not get my money back, but at least I can warn you.
II ordered a birthday present for my kid and somehow Apple Pay gave them my old address. I double checked my phone and it had my new address in it so I'm not sure how that happened. I immediately contacted then requesting the shipping address be corrected and got nothing but dumb responses that a delivered package couldn't be readdressed. The delivery never happened. It was still in packaging. I requested three times and got nothing. Now the package has shipped.
This is a mom and pop cheap product website and the customer service is even cheaper. Pay the few bucks more and buy from a reputable source. I've never experienced service so poor.
I ordered 2 Microsoft Suite 2021 license for life on 02/0724. After I paid I got email giving delivery & tracking #. It never arrived. After 3 was & 6 texts I still haven't received. I was sent digital instructions & they emailed instructions to download. Doesn't work. 1 month later still nothing. Asked for refund. Adrienne said no. It was clearance! Text her back last week and now still waiting for them to respond. NEVER AGAIN will I order something thru Tanga! Not worth the aggravation. Tried toll free #, 3 1/2 on hold. Never answered. After the 3rd week I was told it was digital but when I asked why I was given tracking # and delivery details, Darienne didn't know. I asked for CEO's #, they wouldn't give it. It's now 03/12/24 and haven't gotten my order or heard from anyone!
I purchased two pairs of Gaahuu Womens Sherpa Lined Pull on Slipper Booties from Tanga. When my package arrived there was only one set. I emailed them and they refunded me for one pair and told me to re-order the other pair. I re-ordered and still have not received the second pair. It shows that they were delivered on November 17th, but I never got them. I emailed again on the 29th and am horrified that they asked me to track down my mail carrier and/or go to USPS to try to find the $20 booties. I was disappointed that with the first order I was asked to order another pair of the booties instead of Tanga just sending them. Now after I order them--- they don't come at all? Terrible business. I asked them to refund me my money. They refused because I didn't pay for the insurance, which was way too much to pay and told me to file a grievance with USPS. Unbelievable.

Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.
I brought the hooded Sherpa hoods for Christmas gifts and for 24.99 each you would expect better quality and at least a tag to indicate sizes. This is trash and sizes are way off the 2x is the same size as the large. Will never buy from Tanga again.

I have door cams front yard cams yeah it never got delivered to me that's for sure. Pay extra for delivery protection that's how they make $ but there goes your savings for shopping with them Ime done with this site never again.
I ordered a car seat. 10 days later I receive it. Open the box to find a empty bag,strap and two used kids sleeping bags. Notified paypal and made a claim. Tanga told me they would not do anything for me unless I closed my claim with paypal. I let paypal handle it and received a refund. No Tanga for me..
I purchased Outdoor solar lights and in less than 60 days they stopped working. They were only $19.99 but when I wrote to Tanga they said they only return up to 30 days and I should have taken out an extended warranty. Just terrible customer service!

I purchased a heated vest, you had to buy the battery separately. They suggested the one to add on to go with the vest! The best is ooor quality and barley heats. The battery pack isn't even compatible with the vest! I had to plug the vest into my laptop to see if it even worked. It's awful, only part of the section that is supposed to heat up actually does.
Estimated delivery was 12/18 to 12/22, wasn't even shipped until the 19th and then took 3 days to go 5 miles in Chicago. Still there and it is now the 23rd and won't be here by Christmas. Don't estimate something will be here for Christmas when it won't.
I have ordered before from Tanga and the items were ok, not the best quality but ok but today I received my order for "self heating socks" they cost $12 for 2 pairs. $12! And would have been worth the money had they really warmed up my feet, hadn't been less quality than a dollar store sock, and didn't look just like the free socks hospitals give to inpatients. They also did not go as high as depicted and squeezed my ankles. Honestly I didn't contact customer service because it wouldn't be worth the trouble and expense to return but I will NEVER buy from them again

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
