On May 26,2021 I order something from Tanger and I have made many orders from them in the last month or so that was advertised as get for Father's Day. Father's Day was June 21 that has come and gone I contacted customer support and all I got was I'm sorry here we are July 10 and I still do not have my order but they have my over $72 that I paid. When a company isn't honest in their advertisement such as Father's Day and it's now20 days past that time, I can no longer order from them. I've seen many items I'd like to order but no longer trust I'll even get them. I think having your money for 45 days and still no product is a red flag. Hope I can get my money back but am doubtful. Signed current and future good customer! Not any more. People beware!

I ordered a FOUR piece WICKER patio set. I got a THREE piece PLASTIC patio set. Tanga refused to allow a return based on the fake description. They refused to refund my money. I paid over $500 for a bunch of crap that I could have gotten at a big box store for under a hundred bucks.
Product was $149.00 they deducted $112.00 from my return for shipping label. I should have checked out the company on BBB
It was my first time to order and try Tanga. After waiting for more than a week for the shipment, all i got was the incorrect size of the item. I emailed their support staff and they were quick to refund my money. They said if i wanted to re-order the correct item, i can do so. That's not the way to run a business. I'll never order from Tanga again.

I have been purchasing from Tanga for years. Yes, it's cheap Chinese things but I know this going in and only order small things that shouldn't make a difference. The last was some Dove Soap bars. On a Sunday, I happened to be home and heard the door bang. I went out to collect a box. Low and behold is was not for me or my address. I couldn't stop the Fed Ex man and figured I'd catch him in the next day or two. Which I did and he was grateful that I returned the mis-delivery. Now, at the time I had no idea to associate this with Tanga. A week later I started to wonder about my order and checked the website to see that it was delivered on that Sunday. No problem, I wrote Tanga and explained what happened. I was greeted with "It's been delivered, check with your neighbors". Called Fed-Ex who apologized but stated the type of shipment made, only the shipper could make a claim. Back to Tanga who just repeats I have it, it's been delivered. Try to explain again only to get, "It's been delivered, you have it." I then ask that of all my purchases from Tanga, I'm choosing to lie about $20 of Dove Soap bars? The reply was that I "probably got two boxes that day and kept the soap"! I mean... WOW! I hardly write about anything, but this will make me shout from every website I can. STAY AWAY FROM TANGA! (btw, also don't let a mis-shipment out of your hands until you know what it's associated with!)
It took over 2 weeks for them to ship my product. When I asked about it, they provided me with fake shipping info. When I requested a refund, within their terms, because the product had not shipped, they provided a "shipping link" that was merely an ad for more of their products. They say they are a small family owned business. That does not excuse providing their customers with false information. And their LinkedIn provide says they have 430 employees. Not exactly a small, family owned situation. Fraud.
Do not buy from this online scam of a company they sell broken products and old products and then once they arrive they want you to go out of your way to mail the products back.
Ordered a wallet for my son's 3/12 birthday on 3/3. At purchase, arrival was noted between March 8 — March 13.3/3 no arrival yet, so I contacted CS to inquire as to status and was told by "Sidney," that "We are required to allow 10 business days since you placed the order for the vendor to ship the package out before we can take any further action."

March 17, Sheldon: "We're so sorry about this. We tried contacting this vendor again with no avail. We had to cancel and refund this as of yesterday due to non shipment."
Two weeks, no wallet, no effort by Tanga to resolve.

I received my order from Tanga and 2 of the 5 pack of LED night light switch plate covers didn't work. I emailed them about this and have not received a response. NEVER AGAIN
I had the misfortune of ordering some tights for my wife. They arrived a few weeks later, but the fit was terrible, legs would have been great for a pro basketball center. I emailed them, no reply, after waiting too long, I replied again. This time I heard right back, they sent me a return label with the caveat that if they were not defective, I would pay about $11 for the privilege of returning an $11 pair of tights. I wrote back asking if the super long length was considered defective, never heard back. I will never order from them again!
I have bought more than 10 orders from tanga.com with no problems but the last order opened my eyes to the fact that the company is made up of a bunch of lying crooks. My order was placed on 12-2-20, after 10 days of no shipping updates I wrote them asking what was going on. I got a response that said USPS said the package had been delivered. I wrote them back immediately that regardless of what USPS said the package was not delivered to my house. I got no response so I filed a claim with the credit card issuer used to pay for the order. The only response from the idiots at tanga could make was to repeat the information from USPS. THESE IDIOTS HAVE COST ME PRESENTS FOR 3 OF MY GRANDSONS AND I AM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND AGGRAVATION AND DON'T DEAL WITH THESE LYING SCUMBAGS.
I have ordered from this company a number of times and have had issues with shipping times. In this instance they claim that the item was delivered a month ago and that I should ask my neighbors if they have seen it. After several emails back and forth their final response was that I should have taken out insurance on THEIR shipment and it is not their problem.
Don't try to return an inferior item. They will dock you some of your return cost for no reason at all! There are so many more reputable, kind and good quality items on numerous sites out there. I cannot believe this online sub par shopping site is still in business. I know many who have had a bad experience with Tanga.

Won't buy from Tanga again. Received 2 pairs of sandals that poorly fit my feet due to cheap materials. When i inquired about returning them (their website said EASY returns), they offered a $2 refund due to cost of return shipping. Yes, appears the return may be easy however, it's a foreign seller so return shipping is astronomical.
I ordered two face masks and one arrived missing the backing to hold the circular filter in place. It wasn't in the bag or the box it shipped in. I've contacted Tanga service several times, but get no reply. The filter is useless with a large hold in the center.
I have purchased from tanga several times and was disappointed in the item every single time, it varied from blatant false advertising (example: they say the stars are embroidered on a flag but you get a terrible quality flag with faded printed stars and stripes), to knock off items (fakes) of the brand that tanga had advertised, to defective brand name items that were obviously meant for the scrap pile at some factory in China but found their way to the tanga warehouse, DO NOT BUY FROM TANGA.
Its has been a nightmare dealing with Tanga.com They ship cheap Chinese products different than advertised! Pure Bait-and-Switch advertising. They send fake/knockoff Chinese products. Save your money and just buy direct from WISH, because they simply drop ship Chinese products.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
