Ordered an item on 07/13/2020. It has been sitting in NJ since 07/18/2020 which is 30 miles away from my location. USPS has never been given the package per the tracking. I want a refund.

I have made approximately six purchases from Tanga. Of them, FIVE have been absolute junk. It is the typical junk that sells in China for pennies and yet Tanga charges big dollars for the same ($51.00). I purchased four masks with a vent-the picture shoed quality-yet when they arrived, they were absolutely and purely poor quality that were made out of cheap foam-thin and ear straps appear to be easily destroyable. I doubt if they would last a half-hour of wearing! I asked for a refund and Tanga did not take action. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
Be very careful when purchasing from this company. While I admit that they are clear to put that sales are final, and even reiterated this when I contacted them for sending the unexpected product, they take no responsibility in assuring that pictured and advertised items is the same that you will be getting. At least, in this example, which I admit has been my only use of their site, they posted pictures of product do not match the shipped product. I purchased this item based on advertised pics and bolded headline description, however, in hidden print and/or drop down menus they apparently have created defaults that point to another undesired and unwanted product, instead of posting that the ones i was trying to buy are sold out. In short, I was baited and switched into buying a product that is essentially useless. They use a total of 12 pictures to advertise their product, and while all 12 pics reference the standard round plug covers, only 2 pics even partially refer to rectangular plug covers - showing that all advertising is focused on the round plug covers.
I was hopeful that this company would be a new site for savings, as they appear at least on the surface to be a small company that cares about their customers, and would aim to make things right in such misleading circumstances. As a small business owner myself, I trust in taking care of my customers, but I cannot say the same on their part in this situation. At this point, based on their reply to my email, I do not expect that I will contacted again, so I take my loss as a learning experience. Should this review ever be seen by the public, I suggest you always double and triple check the items you buy from them, as they have proven, at least in this case, that they take no responsibility in advertising that the item they intend to sell you is what you will be getting
First order went without a hitch. The second time, not so much. When I called into question the authenticity of a '400 Ct 100% Cotton Sheet Set' that felt like synthetic fiber (and had no tags that stated it was), the rep was quick to mention that the item was a final sale. See pic for sloppy stitches, another reason to doubt the veracity of the advertised claim that it is made of '100% Heavy Weight Cotton'

OK, so these were a "final sale, no returns" item. Men's Dress Socks packed 8 pairs to a bag. They looked nice in the advertisement and when they arrived. Each pair has an interesting design at the top of the sock. An embroidered design reminiscent of Native American designs. Here's the problem, you cannot put them on., The design is so tight it will not go over your foot and on to your calf. I mean WAY TOO tight. Although designed to look like socks, and sold as socks they aren't socks at all. Tanga's response is "No Returns."
Tanga has done a great job of totally insulating itself from any responsibility to the customer... No phone no responses to your inquiry except a form letter response! Try it yourself and see! After weeks i inundated them with please help requests I got ONE reply from a Ms BELL who after I replied took 3 days to respond and said only RETURN LABEL SENT... apparently they want as little interaction as possible and only concentrate on sales...
Well sorry customer service comes with being in business... Tanga does not think so... So as long as the products are OK... you are good here... but if anything goes wrong? Well lets just say you will quickly find out how they treat that situation... good luck!
Placed xmas order on 11/25, as of today, 12/29, still never received. Tracking shows at another STL post office since12/19. I've sent 2 emails and left a vm, no response from customer service. Horrible!
I can honestly say, this COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I purchased a headphone - did not use it until about 3-4 weeks later, pending its shipment. The headphone is defected - one side does not work. I reached out to them to let them know - the represented said its pass the 30 day warranty - its only day 32. You sold me a DEFECTED ITEM. Then, I got a response - " why did you not contact us within the 30 days" - My response: 1. SHIPMENT TOOK FOREVER 2. I travel was not at home 3. I reported this to prevent future problems for other consumers - they never told me or said we will do a root cause analysis with the seller and see how we can prevent this.

I love Tanga, first bad experience, after purchasing a number of things from them!. It's not like this was my first purchase, and for some reason, the chromebook I purchased went to my neighborhood Walgreens, this was definitely a '$#*!ed up' on Tanga's part. Yet, the response I got from Tanga was like, '$#*!, that's the address you have on file' So they made me homeless living on the piaza at Walgreens. Luckily, for me that Walgreens collects packages from online purchases, so my package was sitting in a make shift file cabinet for five days waiting to be claimed, else, I would have been... $#*!ed! Not even an apology from these guys for messing up
My order was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. I've reached out to Tanga via email, Twitter and Facebook and have only received auto-reply acknowledgment. I will never order from them again. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Purchased 3 pair of shorts, all the same size. 2 pair fit just fine, the other would appear to be many sizes too small, as if they were mistagged, making this particular pair defective. I asked for a return label to send the defective item back and was abruptly told "past the 15 day return", however Tanga's policy for defective merchandise is 30 days. I copied and pasted that part of their policy in my response email. After that Tangs refuses to even respond. I filed a claim with my financial institution, and Tanga's response to them was that i changed my mind so they are not returnable, which is not true, as they are actually DEFECTIVE. Hopefully my bank can see through their lies!

11" Model. Tried to cal the company and the listed number is a Fax. Did receive an automated reply on e-mail but, customer assistance is very poor.
They claim to have easy returns but when you try to return they say it's final sale. Extremely dishonest and products are useless.
No integrity at all in protecting customer. One of their slimy vendors sent gym shorts that were absolutely the wrong size... and all of the inner labels were carefully cut out. Truly a let the buyer beware site. Their customer service frauds do not respond to complaints.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
