I should of known to not buy from reapable Company. I ordered a Jacket and recieved a sweatshirt they got the color right.:-( My other item never recieved but the Company said it was. The third item is in limbo also not sure if I will receive. Customer sevice is saying lets take care of wrong item and we will work on others (right). I had to send pictures of wrong item and now I have to send back and fill out a return authorization form ugh. This Company TANGA do not buy from please bad!
After placing an order I had a few questions. After researching for quite a while I was unable to find a phone number. I even replied to the it came back as FAILED. The customer service page is useless. How I know what kind of company this is and I want to canel my order. After more research I found an email (not really sure it is an email to Tanga), I sent them an email to CANCEL the item and never received any reply.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this "compant"!
I ordered outdoor furniture it came and was cheap overall. I got past that and decided to just assemble. It was missing multiple pieces and they have not done anything to help unless I want to return and pay 100-200 for shipping back. That does not make much sense when they did not actually send me the full product in the first place.
Worst shipping. Spend a little more and buy from someone else especially if the order is coming FedEx. Just go ahead and cancel your order. In fact don't deal with any company that uses Fedex.
I purchased a product for the first time on Tanga. The following day, I received an email from Blue Dolphin, confirming my magazine subscription... only I never subscribed to anything. Upon looking into this further, Tanga had automatically subscribed me to a random magazine without my knowledge or consent. Very shady practice.
I ordered phone and attempted to have it sent to my PO Box which was not allowed though the item was suppose to be shipped via USPS. Why NOT allow the package to go to my PO Box the items was not received and I cannot even say the item was shipped. Im glad I place security on the shipping and it was a phone which they have not tried to track give the serial number nothing I paid hundreds of dollars for air. Also the customer service response when I advise of the issue was "ask your neighbor" Totally rude no customer service excellence no effort to find the phone nor provide shipping details outside of a tracking. I am filing a BBB claim on Paypal and Tanga. DO NOT PURCHASE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM I DONT FEEL THIS iS RANDOM. I BELIEVE SELECTED SHIPMENTS ARE NEVER SENT!

Charging more than double than anyone else for the Binax tests…exploiting the confusion that there are two tests per box. They are charging nearly 60 PER BOX…I thought I was getting 20 boxes of two, which would have been in line with the price, but they sent only 10. Again, technically correct, but certainly shady.
I had to badger the Tanga team for a response to a return request (I'd seen customers rated Tanga - 'difficult' for returns - Very true). The kicker, after I finally got the information on how to return - was told since they charged for 'Buyers Remorse' $18.03 would be deducted from my refund. SO RETURNING A JACKET THAT DIDN'T FIT AND ASKING FOR A REFUND COUNTS AS 'BUYER'S REMORSE' - This may be a site that isn't crirminal - but beware of treating it like a normal online vendor - I'm not even clicking 1 star - no stars here guys - 'small team' blah blah blah - and I can't get out of this freeking page without giving them at least 1 star - pretty sick
Be careful when purchasing these items as there are two tests per kit so when Tanga states you will receive 10 tests thats 5 kits at $70.00 each. I purchased these elsewhere before at $35.00 each so its easy to miss that you will only be getting 5 kits and paying double the price. Very sneaky advertising.
Taxes and shipping"are to be allocated at checkout". That's exactly what happened when I tried to check out. This company says that your getting a 90 percent discount, this is a lie. Don't trust this company. There are too many better deals than this. If they need to lie, it's a scam. Extremely disappointed
I placed an order 12/2 for delivery in time for Christmas. After seeing the order was still in "packing" mode and sending several emails (you cannot call them), I finally heard back today that they don't know wheat happened to my order and they canceled it and told me to re-order the items. It is 12/15 and when I went online to look at the delivery date of the same items, they will not be delivered in time for Christmas.
Not only am I disappointed in not receiving the gifts, they didn't offer me anything like a discount for their screw up.
They don't have a phone support line and they email back after a week. The few bucks you may save aren't worth the headache of dealing with this business.
I ordered outlet covers that were poor quality and did not sit flush and either would not light up or lit very dimly. Tanga refused to recognize as a defect and allow me to return.
I ordered two car organizer that goes between the car seat. When I tried them for my car they kept sliding Down, when I called to return them, customer service told me you you are responsible to pay for shipping and packaging. That cost $11 & I bought them $13. So I was out of $13. It didn't make sense for me to ship them back. Just remember any item that you receive and you don't like it you are out of luck they make you pay for shipping.
Tanga.com should not charged me taxes for hearing aid batteries but they did. I ask them for refund but they don't respond. Tanga receipt shows no tax but they charged me tax on my credit card. Fraudulent company. Be very careful.
I was thrilled when I found Tanga and saw they were a small business that professed to provide awesome customer service, unfortunately it ended up being a case of bait and switch. Don't be fooled by their words professing they realize they are in business because of their customers and their diligence in providing customer service reflects this. It doesn't!
The item I ordered from them was lost by the shipper and they are unreachable. Days have gone by and no response. This is particularly frustrating because they have instructed their shipping partners to take no action unless it is requested by Tanga.
So effectively nothing can happen, no tracing of the package, nothing, without the customer being able to interact with Tanga which is evidently more difficult than climbing Mt. Everest!
They are probably great as long as there isn't an issue, but if there is be aware! My only recourse was to dispute charges, so make sure to use an actual credit card and not a debit card if you take the chance and buy from Tanga because they will literally do nothing if there is an issue.
As advertised on their website: I ordered 100% cotton sateen sheets. The description stated: Heavyweight 400 thread count, "fits up to 15" mattress, deep pockets".
I received a very lightweight - poorly sewn set of sheets, you can see through the fabric, a fabric test result indicates that the fabric is not cotton. The fitted mattress sheet measures 11" not 15". Customer service refunded me and told me it was a mistake. I informed that them that I still wanted cotton sheets and customer service assured me that if I order again that I will be shipped cotton sheets. Another order yielded polyester sheets, the same product that was shipped on my earlier order.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
