I wasn't happy with the quality of an Item I purchase true tanga, but I have since receive emails from them and a return stamp I have to print plus a little questioner explaining the reason I'm returning the stuff witch I did before in an Email, but I guess is fine as long as I get a full refund for it and my troubles

The info on the website said the speakers were brand new. When I received them the packaging had been opened and one of them was scratched and scuffed. The booklet with the speakers had refurbished stamped across the warranty. New stuff usually has a one year warranty and other stuff 30 days. I don't consider these 2 speakers to be brand new.

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
